It has also developed into a neighborhood with significant township developments. The neighborhood is situated along the Mumbai Highway (NH-48) and is near Wakad. It is a really pleasant neighborhood, and it takes 10 minutes to get to Hinjewadi, 20 minutes to get to the train station, and an hour to get to the international airport. The traffic is heavy during office hours and it is usual to see traffic bottlenecking in the locality.

The locality of Phase one is a good initiative and is very well planned. Amenities can be accessed easily in the location as the surrounding area is developed and have various retail options to meet all your daily requirement. The place has great connectivity to the heart of Pune. The locality has seen many water crises in the past years and this is the only negative aspect of living here.
