I must say the locality offers independent houses, builder floors, and low-rise apartments. I suggest Palam Vihar for airport connectivity and Dwarka access. Dwarka Sector 21 Metro is nearby. Weekend bazaars and small cafes keep the area lively. I recommend long-term investment here. Traffic bottlenecks and ageing infrastructure are some problems in this area.

I love Palam Vihar for its peaceful, independent vibe. It is a well-established locality. Commuting is easy via the nearby IGI Airport and Huda City Centre Metro. Having Columbia Asia Hospital and Ansal Plaza close by is great. However, the broken interior roads and waterlogging are my major concerns.

I think Palam Vihar is beautiful with its well-established plan. I love the high rental demand here. I enjoy hanging out at the Rezang La War Memorial. The area links via Atul Kataria Chowk to NH-48. However, I think the locality needs better waste management and cleaner footpaths.

Here, drainage and footpaths need quick enhancement.

I advise Palam Vihar as I believe it provides the greatest bungalow-style living near the Delhi border. I believe its closeness to the airport and Dwarka Expressway sets it above others. For top institutions like Maurya School and excellent care at Columbia Asia Hospital, I would recommend it. I see locals loving the close proximity to the Palam Vihar railway station. Because the blocks are well-guarded, I believe women could find the area very safe at night. Local HUDA parks and shopping at Ansal Plaza are among my favourite past times. Here I see a decent rental yield. Still, I believe the old water pipes and fractured internal roadways require considerable work. Elegant choice here.
