Kodambakkam appeals to me since my experiences seem to be simple. Close schools, clinics, convenient bus routes, and reasonably priced rent abound for me. I love family strolls and neighbourhood cuisine streets. I quickly travel from T Nagar. Though I love staying here, parking problems and traffic noise need rapid repairs here.

My personal experiences suggest Kodambakkam, as there is constant need and value. I give it top attention since my ideas match professionals and families. I provide nearby marketplaces, hospitals, and schools. I emphasise Vadapalani and T Nagar's simple access. Narrow streets and traffic congestion still need improvement here.

I like the central position of my flat here. The connection to Arcot Road is my favourite feature. Daily I use the local Vadapalani Metro. Property rates are high, but I feel that there is a certain sense of exclusivity that comes from staying here. Also, there are crowds and traffic jams, but the overall experience is pretty nice. A fun fact is that A.R. Rahman’s KM Music Conservatory is also situated here.

Studios, so many other film companies- this area is a living and breathing cinematic history in itself. Of course, from practical considerations, everything else is pretty well-developed. There is the Phase 2 line being developed for the metro as well. Once done, it will boost the locality. The only issue is flooding in the monsoons.

Two areas that need to be worked on are chronic monsoon waterlogging and drainage, and heavy traffic with parking congestion in central roads.
