Very peaceful residential locality with utmost accessibility to shopping malls, railway stations, bus stations, schools, hospitals, etc. Many temples, entertainment avenues, marriage halls, eateries, hotels, restaurants, etc., nearby. The roads here are parallel and perpendicular and quite broad. Just behind the house is the main road connecting to Panagal park. It is almost like staying in T Nagar.It is known for its shops, bazaars and Hindu temples. The crowd in the road remains very high throughout the day transportation facilities are good.As the area is very crowded the traffic jam causes a very big problem due to high transportation facility.Other than this west mambalam is a good locality with good facilities.
