    I believe Kondhwa is among the most exciting areas of south Pune. It is popular with families and commuters alike since it connects to NIBM Road, Salunke Vihar, and the Pune-Satara corridor. For the area, property values are sensible; tiny apartments provide rental yields. The neighborhood offers shopping choices including malls and high-street outlets as well as several nearby schools and hospitals, including Olive National School and Mirza Hospital. With suggested metropolitan studies and more extensive ring-road connections, connectivity will improve. In my opinion, two quick repairs are upgrading the water supply and expanding major routes like Katraj-Kondhwa to enable easier traffic. To customers seeking value with future development, Kondhwa is my top suggestion.

    I really enjoy this place. South Pune's Kondhwa is well situated, and I may quickly reach business hubs like Hadapsar or Magarpatta. Local bus stops and cars are really simple to use for me. The sewer system, in my opinion, occasionally requires inspection. Neighborhood conversations centre on occasional backups and summer water tanker requirements. The abundance of nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and gyms, as well as how schools and hospitals are within a kilometre fascinates me. For me, being near NIBM Road and the expanding shopping choices is best. For renters like me, I suggest this region.     I am glad I poured money here. My family and I reside in Kondhwa; we love it. Getting to Hadapsar or the railway station is simple as the area is quite central in south Pune and NIBM Road is nearby. Though there are plans and studies for a Shivajinagar-Kondhwa metro line, metro routes do not yet run through the center of Kondhwa. Daily stores, major supermarkets, and tiny clinics are just a brief walk. Mostly on the main avenues, the area surrounding my home is rather clean and green. NIBM High Street is my favourite hangout. Mirza Hospital is a respectable nearby hospital; Olive National School is a famous school. The sporadic problems we still encounter with water and sewage supply is my primary worry.

    Kondhwa was such an energetic and kind area of Pune that I always felt connected and safe there. Simple access right nearby to great hospitals like Mirza Hospital and good schools like Olive National School. With several eateries and exercise facilities, the area had lots of amusement. NIBM Road and PMPML buses ensured reliable connection to Pune's centre. The infrastructure on the side roads let me down. Often confronted with unreliable water supply during the hot summer months, I was angered by erratic trash collection schedules. Though it surely needed better municipal services, this vibrant area had a remarkable healthcare and education system.

    I decided to rent Kondhwa since it provides a rare blend of cheapness and ease. Thanks to the fine road connections, my office in Hadapsar/Magarpatta is rather accessible. With local markets, schools, hospitals, and stores all nearby, I have all I need. Particularly pleasant is relaxing in the little parks and strolling down quiet roadways. Though I look forward to the planned Metro expansion, which will improve connectivity, the existing bus lines help make traveling bearable. Better traffic control and more stringent measures against illicit parking on side streets are among the things that I believe could improve. All things considered, I absolutely enjoy life here. The site is really friendly, convenient, and safe.

    Owning a property in Kondhwa, Pune makes me very happy. Living here is quiet but dynamic. Via NIBM Road and Katraj-Kondhwa Road, I am well connected; the Mumbai–Pune Highway is easily accessible for me. The expanding social structure and great liveability of this region drew me. Hospitals like Inamdar and Bliss Multispeciality are very nearby, as are schools like RIMS International and EuroKids; my family has excellent ones. For daily requirements and refreshments, there are neighborhood markets, coffee shops, and supermarkets all around. Moreover, I appreciate the tranquil streets and green pockets. The one thing I wish would get better is a more dependable summertime water supply. Still, buying here seems to be a rather sensible and pleasurable choice.

While upcoming metro plans promise quicker commutes, I get to the city via local buses and Swargate metro.     I purchased my residence in Kondhwa because of its modern infrastructure, excellent connection to important centres, and perfect combination of peace and urban life. Developed residential developments, great hospitals and schools, and a bearable drive to the downtown area are all available. I adore how I may arrive at home in minutes yet still find tranquillity free from the hectic main highways. Faster execution of a specialised metro line for the region and improved maintenance of some inside routes in older areas are something I believe may be improved. I heartily advise Kondhwa as a place to buy and live, even with that little exception.

    Positives: For value and access, I advise Kondhwa as my rental location. Using shared cars, buses, and the Katraj junction, I get to my college quickly. Gated communities make me feel safe; neighbours are considerate. For evening strolls, Katraj Lake is my preferred location; for food, I like nearby eateries. Manipal and nearby clinics provide comfort of mind. For work, the area links well to Hadapsar and Hinjewadi. All told, Kondhwa provides me with space, tranquillity, and a straightforward trip.

    Negatives: Among the areas to be improved are unlawful parking, nicer sidewalks, and quicker pothole fixes following storms. More late buses would be helpful, even if I believe app taxi night transport is possible. It would be great to have cleaner pavements and more streetlights, as well as swifter trash collection.

My workplace is accessible from the Katraj bypass and Kondhwa Road, and hence the journey is brief. We like hill views toward Sinhagad and weekend walks at Katraj Lake.
