With simple access to the Sion-Panvel Expressway and Panvel Railway Station, I appreciate peaceful and thoughtfully arranged living. With nice roads, lots of parks, and Karnala Bird Sanctuary nearby for family nature time, I'm thinking this area is really beautiful. For my kids, I am glad to have good schools like DAV Public School as well as excellent hospitals like Panacea and Pioneer close by. Even in the evenings with streetlights and frequent police patrolling, walking around makes me feel secure. Given strong rental demand, I believe my investment here is reasonable. I recommend that the road quality and drainage in certain places need urgent improvements; also required is improved highway segment night illumination here.
