Given the connectivity provided by the Panvel railway station, my view is that the region is very advantageous. Daily travel to Mumbai, I used local buses and trains. My evenings were either spent lounging around Orion Mall or wandering through Sector 10's gardens. For all my medical requirements, I went to Gandhi Hospital.
Things to Consider Negatives: The great traffic congestion and noise pollution upset me much. The frequent water shortages and the bad roads were, in my opinion, the main issues. Improvement was required in both public sanitation and the drainage system. The lack of adequate street lighting on my street bothered me the most.
