Living in Lower Parel makes me really happy since everything I require is just a stroll away. Remaining close to my office in Peninsula Business Park keeps me in check. Daily for my travel, I use the Lower Parel railway station and the Monorail; the new Aqua Line 3 metro at Acharya Atre Chowk is a major benefit for me. Global Hospital is very well-known and close for medical needs. My work drives my decision to rent here, and the ambience of the luxury towers draws me. This area is really expensive for a commoner; it is definitely not economical. Finally, the noise from ongoing construction and the congested walkways truly irritate me, so I believe the pedestrian paths need immediate modernization.

Lower Parel is the very hub of the Mumbai social and business scene. I find the change from ancient mills to opulent buildings quite amazing. For quickest travel, I advise using the monorail and nearby train stations. For residents, I view great advantages in top institutions such as J.J. Academy and Global Hospital. Because the roads are always lit and crowded, I feel quite secure at night here. For socializing, I love Phoenix Palladium's attitude as well as the nearby Kamala Mills. The local people are helpful and kind and make the place safe for all.

This place is in a posh area in Mumbai and has a different vibe. The place has the culture of proper Maharashtra as well as the flexibility of south Mumbai. This place has lots of showrooms of famous brands from all over the world. This is close to the sea beach and all types of people live here. The cleanliness of this place is well maintained and the security is well observed.

Negatives: Daily groceries are becoming more costly every day. I thought the old chawl reconstruction called for very swift measures. Peaceful surroundings were missed at my old street.

Positives: As a renter, I have been living in Lower Parel since it is adjacent to the Lodha Excelus office center. For me, the lavish lifestyle and the future Metro Line 3 connection are my main advantages. I often buy at Palladium or the neighbourhood Currey Road stores. For me, the medical care offered at KEM Hospital is very beneficial. I find pleasure in the little green regions inside the restricted walled settlements.

Negatives: bad hygiene in the ancient chawl regions. One major disadvantage is the absence of cheap public plants. I am quite concerned about the government repairing the waterlogged roadways and the damaged footpaths. For tiny rooms, the exorbitant rent irritates me most of all.
