For it's worth, I chose this cheap North Zone location. Right here, we have top facilities including Renova Hospital and St. Ann's School. For families, it's perfect; it provides respectable rent income.

Negatives: Though three items require work, the area is wonderful. NH 44 has extremely heavy peak-hour traffic.
