Kompally, Hyderabad Reviews

Based on my experience over this brief period, I lead a very quiet existence. In my opinion, it is a nice and secure area with all the gorgeous new gated complexes. The TSRTC bus service offers my simplest travel route, allowing me fast access to Secunderabad. I like my daily life since Kompally's main connection and location in the North Zone let me take a rest from the center of the metropolis. My kids attend DPS Kompally, and my closest hospital is called Cloudnine Hospital. I love the open terrain of the neighborhood and the Cine Planet Mall nearby for recreation and a large green area. Faster completion of the direct Metro line is required, as well as immediate resurfacing of internal block roads.

I believe Kompally is an excellent investment for my customers, providing significant outside-the-IT-corridor worth. My entire experience suggests I recommend this North Zone treasure for great long-term value. Planned residential expansion and the abundance of vegetation in this area define its beauty. With the future, rental yield will rise and remain constant. Expansion in the Metro. Direct connection through NH-44 to Secunderabad and ORR access to Gachibowli are major benefits for locals, along with excellent schools like DPS Kompally and superior healthcare at Srikara Hospitals. Good entertainment is available at Cine Planet Mall. Finally, clients have to be informed the highway's peak-hour congestion is a nuisance and many projects still depend much on private water tankers.

Living in Kompally, I find fulfillment in my interactions here. Near offices in the Medchal and Secunderabad districts appeal to me. Personally, I value the wide roads, lush surroundings, and peaceful mornings here. Though metro access is yet some distance away, I love simple travel by NH-44 and bus services. Though I lately heard of little thefts, I believe societies manage security well; thus, safety is good. For my kids, I treasure local hospitals and top-notch schools. I picked this location for room and quiet. I suggest Kompally for families. I feel more public transportation, quicker police reaction, and improved street lighting are needed.

Positives: I went for Kompally since I enjoyed the quiet, green surroundings distant from the hustle of the city. One major benefit I saw was the lower cost relative to central Hyderabad. Shared cars provided most of my travel. The approaching metro expansion will reach Bolarum Station. Schools like Roma Hospital and DPS Kompally are very easy for me to find. Hanging around Cine Planet Mall appealed to me.

Negative

Negatives: The most letdown for me was the extreme lack of water access. I believe simple civil services need immediate upgrading, not just new ones. I noticed there weren't many clearly defined walking tracks. I thought the loud construction generated excessive dust and noise.

Positives: I invested a few years ago in Kompally, and most of today I feel rather satisfied. This place seems right for families searching for peaceful life. I believe space, flora, and clean air are sources of my fulfilment. Highway and cab transport systems appeal to me. Metro access is still not very close, I feel. Here with fewer people and a slower pace of life, I feel secure. Buyers searching for fine properties should use this area.

Negative

Negatives: Limited entertainment opportunities, subpar sidewalks, and sluggish civil projects make me disappointed as well. Better daily comfort calls for improvement in these three spheres, in my opinion.

My Kompally rental makes me happy since my time here is calm and cozy. Open roads and less noise all around appeal me. Gated apartments and quiet surroundings help me as a renter feel safe. Compared to downtown Hyderabad, rent seems to me affordable. I like my travel to Secunderabad offices on NH-44. To reach tuition centres and schools is not challenging at all. Nearby, supermarkets and malls are appealing. As more projects come along, I can see improvement ahead. Still, I believe the public transit frequency in this region is poor notwithstanding all of its benefits. I also believe this place is crying out for more local food venues and coffee shops.

Living in Kompally makes me very delighted since my daily life seems orderly and tranquil. This location, in my opinion, has great promise for development to go on steadily. As prices rise gradually but safely, I believe my investment is worthy. I like quick transportation on NH-44 and all-hour regular buses. Even late, I believe transportation operates perfectly. Silent streets and societal security make me feel secure here. I like the open areas around me and the greenery. For my family, I value local hospitals and good schools. I value fewer crowds and kind neighbors. I believe drainage and street lighting require immediate attention.

Kompally is what I advise my customers because I believe it offers serene living with nice gated communities and a cozy lifestyle. With vast roads, parks, and family-friendly designs, this zone seems secure in my opinion. NH-44 is something I love since it makes it simple for me to smooth travel to Medchal and Secunderabad. I believe the closest metro stops, like JBS Parade Ground, enable urban connection. Lower density, pristine surroundings, and rising retail areas are benefits I see. I note KIMS Kompally, Rush Hospital, DPS Kompally, Suchitra School, and Cineplanet Mall. Working families relocating here help to stabilize rental yield. Internal road upkeep still begs improvement.

Positives: I used to live in Kompally and had conflicted feelings about it. I appreciated the convenience of daily necessities being rather simple to fulfill with stores, institutions, hospitals, and a few entertainment venues close by. For my job in Secunderabad or Bolarum, I found commuting using NH 44 and local highways tolerable. Many new apartments and guarded developments I noticed struck me as modern and pleasant.

Negative

Negatives: But there were a few drawbacks; internal roads or drainage produced waterlogging when it rained. Public transportation seemed constrained, and the area lacked nice lifestyle spots compared to central Hyderabad. Water supply was frequently erratic. I hoped as well that a metro or superior public transit would arrive quicker.

Positives: Living in Kompally appeals to me because it seems more peaceful and greener than many other densely populated city districts. The fact that my neighbourhood is along NH 44 means I have good road access. Nearby are renowned institutions like DRS International School and Suchitra Academy. Hence, hospitals such as Russh Super Speciality Hospital meet health and educational needs. Property values have grown over time. Therefore, as an investment, it appears good. Rental returns are approximately 2.2% to 3.5%, which seems reasonable.

Negative

Negatives: Sometimes the supply of water is sporadic and I believe prompt attention is needed on drainage or water logging during rains. Also, better transportation access might come sooner given there is not yet a metro.

Positives: Kompally was my tranquil getaway from the primary Hyderabad city commotion. I enjoyed there because of the abundance of plants and simple access to the Nagpur Highway. Particularly with respected hospitals like Russh Super Speciality close by and elite institutions like DPS, it felt quite advantageous. In my opinion, it struck a good balance, a quieter life while still staying connected. Commuters will find this area even more appealing thanks to the next Phase II Metro expansion to Bolarum.

Negative

Negatives: Unpredictable water supply meant we mostly depended on private tankers. During peak hours, the access roads leading to NH-44 were too small and busy. Particularly with all the new construction, good drainage required.

Positives: For me, moving to Kompally was a wise budgetary choice. The rent as a renter is significantly less than that of the city's IT corridor. Our benefits are so many. Nearby are hospitals like Cloudnine and excellent schools like DPS. Connectivity is good because NH-44 and the ORR are accessible. Although TSRTC buses are useful, the planned metro is absolutely necessary. I am confident, especially in the evening. It usually falls under the city norm for crime. Parks and open grounds abound with us.

Negative

Negatives: NH-44 has horrible peak-hour traffic. Many inside streets are dusty and highly damaged. For waterlogging, we much require enhanced drainage. Still years in the future is the subway.

Positives: I advise that living here is extremely cheap relative to Hi-Tech City and Madhapur; hence, Kompally. I also feel quite secure. Using local TSRTC buses and shared vehicles near the highway, my daily trip to St Martin's Engineering College is simple. The intended Phase II Metro extension to Bolarum will be a game-changer! Near Adika Wellness Studio, I find my favourite place to unwind. Generally dependent on app cabs, nighttime transportation is accessible.

Negative

Negatives: Faster construction of the new malls or multiplexes, more dedicated public buses for short internal trips, and a better and more consistent HMWS&SB water supply are all critical.

Positives: Given my search for consistent property value increase and a quiet neighbourhood away from urban traffic, my investment in Kompally was ideal. Given that my house is so close to NH-44, I have great road access to the centre of Secunderabad as well as the city. Managing my Balanagar Industrial Area workplace is very simple. For my children, excellent institutions like DPS Kompally and the calm environment here make me very delighted. Weekend excursions to the Runway 9 entertainment area are loved by my family.

Negative

Negatives: The chief concern needing repair is the supply of water. Even with HMWS&SB lines, many of us still depend on personal water tankers occasionally.

Positives: Kompally's serene, green surroundings a fantastic, quiet refuge from the city were its main strong point. I found the modern residential developments on the horizon and the outstanding educational amenities including DPS Kompally and DRS International extremely appealing. Easy connectivity through NH-44 and the Bolarum railroad station close by makes the transportation network strong. Safety was quite good. There is a fair bit of greenery all about.

Negative

Negatives: Driving is especially challenging because of the deterioration and broken internal roads in some more mature regions. Reliance on shared automobiles results from the lack of suitable last-mile public transportation from the bus stops to the interior residential settlements.

Positives: I selected Kompally is ideal for a working professional since its affordability is excellent and it has much lower rent than cities like Gachibowli. I picked this place for its connectivity. The area is well served by NH-44 and the ORR, which provide fast access to Secunderabad and even HITEC City. Here are readily accessible TSRTC buses, shared cars, and cabs even though there is still no functioning metro. The area is secure inside my culture, and the surroundings are much cleaner with lots of vegetation.

Negative

Negatives: The inconsistent water supply outside the major settlements, sometimes necessitating private tankers. The security situation closes the highway at night occasionally seems a little lacking, so more police patrol is required.

Positives: A respite from the city bustle, Kompally exudes clam and greenery. Though it is miles from the core city centre, the NH-44 road is a lifesaver for connectivity. For employment, I can easily travel to the Secunderabad manufacturing districts. Near us are amazing schools including DPS and the Cine Planet Mall. The planned subway extension to Bolarum presents great future opportunity for this region. For sure, this is a wise long-term investment.

Negative

Negatives: The Suchitra-Kompally flyover construction is dragging too slowly and is causing peak-hour traffic problems requiring immediate attention. Lessening reliance on tankers requires consistent government water supply for every location.

I very recommend Kompally's distinctive role as a premium residential corridor in North Hyderabad led me to give all of my clients. The immediate access to NH-44. It provides a flawless connection, but still, maintaining a green, suburban existence is the essential exceptional feature. Offering excellent value, the area is clearly inexpensive in relation to the main metropolitan regions; the rental yield is consistent, implying considerable development potential. For leisure and retail, clients adore Cine Planet Mall. For the finest education, we have DRS International. Also, for top healthcare, we have Cloudnine Hospital. This place will appreciate very much, in my opinion. Two immediate changes are required; they include the Metro Phase II extension to Medchal, which must be completed quicker, and local interior road quality, which needs greater maintenance.

Moving here recently has been wonderful for me! Working professional myself, I believe this location is just right. Although Kompally is not central, the connectivity is great in my opinion. The Outer Ring Road (ORR) access helps me quickly reach the IT hubs like Gachibowli. The sheer volume of excellent hospitals, including Srikara Hospitals, and excellent schools like Unicent School astounds me. The best aspect is the general quiet atmosphere contrasted with Madhapur. Though the Metro is still under development, bus connection is really good and I utilize Bolarum MMTS station frequently. The closest major benefit is the Balanagar Industrial Region. The region really lacks enough credible public sewage systems in the more modern developed roads, in my opinion.

I find it great that I put money here given that this area is rapidly expanding and the costs are still affordable. Though we are not exactly centrally located, the fantastic NH-44 access makes Secunderabad easily accessible. Living here with my family is like a breath of fresh air. Daily necessities are readily available at Vijetha Supermarket. Weekend time at Heart Cup Coffee is one we enjoy. DPS Kompally is where our children attend; in case of emergency, Russh Super Speciality Hospital is nearby. My sole big worry is how some locations depend on private tankers for water.

Positives: I think I selected Kompally because it seems spacious and is reasonably priced. Buses and automobiles cover daily travel rather well. NH-44 and the ORR help to keep city areas accessible. I could say the metro is still not in Kompally, but proposals are considered. Emergency response is close enough in hospitals such as MedOne and Cloudnine. Raichandani Mall and Asian Cineplanet cater to my weekend requirements. Near for work, I believe are Jeedimetla and other industrialised locations.

Negative

Negatives: I would claim there is some tree cover and tiny parks. Very soon, I believe the neighborhood needs more branded shopping and improved trash pickup. Overall, I can say I am hopeful and pleased here.

Positives: I am really content living in Kompally. The weekend coffee at the little cafes near Raichandani Mall and the brief evening strolls around neighborhood parks appeal to me. Though the metro is still here, buses and automobiles provide easy access. MedOne, Cloudnine, and Bloom, nearby hospitals. Families are helped by institutions such as Sadhu Vaswani and Pearson. The combination of new flats and verdant areas appeals to me.

Negative

Negatives: Rental interest is constant since more people relocate here for inexpensive houses close to employment. I do, however, worry about infrequent civic maintenance problems and restricted big-brand mall accessibility. I find the serene society here quite appealing.

Cine Planet Mall was close by, and the area still has lots of natural vegetation around.

Negative

Negatives: The supply of water was erratic. Many civilisations relied on private tankers very often. Public bus services were scarce, and the operating Bolarum metro station seemed very far. Morning noise from highway traffic on NH-44 posed a problem. The internal road conditions beyond the main highway section required significant upgrades and enhanced streetlighting as well.

The savvy money is here in Hyderabad, and its distinctiveness is its change from wineries to a luxury housing complex with much vegetation. Although not precisely centrally placed, the USP provides residents simple access to job centers like HITEC City and Begumpet via NH 44 and the ORR, hence its great connectivity. Here, we have hospitals like Srikara and fantastic schools like Unicent. Its cheap and competitive real estate market accounts for its high rental income. Safety within the enclosed areas is rather excellent. Buses are provided even if the nearest metro, Moosapet, is not straight. Positives: I am happy to be an owner here, Kompally is rapidly developing into a top residential center. Though the closest metro is still a distance away at Moosapet, we have fantastic road access through NH 44 and the Outer Ring Road, hence connectivity is good. While Suraksha Hospital guarantees great medical treatment, Pearson School and Delhi World Public School provide top-notch educational opportunities. For pleasure, Brands Exotica and many green parks for morning walks are among the options we have. It seems really secure, and the luxury gated communities actually enhance the area.

Negative

Negatives: Some interior roads are broken and need urgent work. During monsoons, water logging close to the main roads might be a severe inconvenience.

Offering a premium lifestyle far from the noise of the city core, Kompally is a wise investment. Its distinction stems from being a developed residential paradise with great North corridor growth potential. Through the ORR and NH 44, connectivity is great, therefore guaranteeing future recognition. Suryanarayan Hospital and top-notch schools enable amenities to be fully developed. I appreciate the strong demand for rentals as well as the secure, beautiful, and green environment. I especially suggest this lovely location for capital gains. The local city road maintenance is one area in need of attention. To keep pace with the fast residential growth, I believe it must be more constant.

Positives: Living in this location is wonderful. It's singular because it seems calm and green even though it is directly on the major road. With NH 44, we have excellent connectivity suitable for families. With all the new high-rises, the region is becoming rather premium. Easy shopping at The Chennai Shopping Mall is nearby CinePlanet for entertainment. Top option for institutions like DRS International. The calm, green surroundings are my favorite component. It's a really secure area with reasonable rental costs still.

Negative

Negatives: Still, a few items might get better. First of all, office hours' severe local traffic clog may be irritating. Secondly, to facilitate city travel we really need a straight Metro extension nearer than JBS Parade Ground.
