A peaceful, green surroundings Kompally provided made it a beautiful, safe getaway from the centre of Hyderabad that I very enjoyed. Its position on NH-44 made it simple to connect to Secunderabad and road trips. The growing Outer Ring Road gave Hitec City access for me. With great educational options like DPS Kompally and quality medical care at Russh Super Speciality Hospital nearby, the social infrastructure was amazing. Cine Planet Mall and Runway 9 offered excellent entertainment choices just for fun. My one grievance was the irregular water supply in older sections of the town; as a result, we occasionally had to depend on private tankers.

I selected Kompally offers a considerably more inexpensive alternative to the HITEC City region even if the Outer Ring Road allows for a fast commute. Though not exactly next to the main IT hubs, the connectivity is excellent for the Secunderabad and Balanagar industrial belt. Not the premium rates of the west zone, this site provides excellent value for money. Modern amenities abound; the surroundings seem quite clean and natural. I adore the lack of traffic and the plentiful trees. Only four kilometers separate the Bolarum railway station. Outside the gated communities, safety near the highway at night can be a little poor. This is what concerns me most. Here is an evolving but calm setting that I absolutely love.

Negatives: Frequently needing costly private tankers, we often battled erratic city water supply. Also, reaching important work sites like HITEC City felt far off even after the Outer Ring Road. Daily transportation depended too much on erratic buses because the promised Metro Phase II extension was just a future project.

Positives: I just adore Kompally's lifestyle. Like a little reprieve from the urban bustle, here feels really safe and pleasant. The mood of the neighbourhood is excellent. Just down the street is Srikara Hospitals. St. Ann's is close by and DRS International is a fantastic school. The Outer Ring Road gives incredibly simple connectivity. Cineplanet and Decathlon are right here for kicks. This is a wonderful spot to settle down. Directly linking us will be future metro growth along the Paradise-Medchal corridor. Our streets are clean and surrounded with plenty of vegetation.

Negatives: I wish for better are the present lack of immediate metro access and growing peak-hour traffic congestion on the main road.

Nearby superb schools like Unicent and Srikara Hospital made it feel self-sufficient. Being a developing neighbourhood, the rent was rather reasonable in contrast with the city, and the broad roads gave it a laid-back, community vibe.

Negatives: The continuous, quick new construction produced persistent dust and air pollution that was detrimental for two-wheeler travel. Many inside colony roads had obvious holes and cracks as well, which made regular commuting very challenging. Authorities have to guarantee higher development standards and road quality.
