Staying in Kamothe makes me quite content as my daily schedule here is natural and arranged. My experience is pleasurable since my region has several grocery shops, pharmacies, banks, and reasonably priced rental houses that fit my budget. Kamothe railway station on the Harbour Line makes my travel simple; thus, I consider my thinking good; I regularly use buses and the Sion–Panvel Highway. Having MGM Hospital nearby and universities like Pillai College of Engineering accessible makes me feel supported. I rent here mostly for work on the Panvel and Belapur side. Active communities and streetlights provide my sense of safety. Kamothe seems to be cheap when compared to other nodes. During the monsoon, I believe road excavation and drainage call for immediate improvements.

Navi Mumbai's middle-class families will find Kamothe to be the most well-designed node. The grid-style design is quite interesting to me because it simplifies navigation. For a fast Mumbai commute, my advice is to use the Mansarovar railroad station. Having MGM Hospital and Shankara Eye Hospital in the immediate vicinity is something I highly value. The housing areas are always busy with people, so I feel safe even at night. Evening ambiance at the CIDCO Garden appeals me as does a stroll close to the Khandeshwar lake region. I observe high rental returns resulting from medical college students nearby. The neighbourhood drainage problems and lack of appropriate parking bays aggravate me somewhat.

Kamothe pleases me tremendously, as it is both cost-effective and very well-arranged. Wide streets and excellent connectivity via Mansarovar and Khandeshwar railway stations make this location attractive. I propose this location since MGM Hospital and Ryan International School are quite near my residence. The streets are light and crowded, therefore I feel secure for women at night. I appreciate the verdant surroundings of the several little parks nearby my residence. With consistent rental increases from students and employees, my investment seems worth it. Still, I believe better trash collection and less waterlogging during severe rains are required. Life here is quite wonderful.

Kamothe is a residential locality in Navi Mumbai placed adjacent to Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The primary demand driver of the locality is upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport at around 8.5 Km. Some of the nearby established localities are Panvel, Belapur, Kharghar and Taloja. The residential development comprised of mix of low to mid rise Co-operative housing societies and multistory apartments. Some of the reputed residential projects of the locality are Bhoomi Harmony, Krishna Heights, Kailash Heights and Tharwani Residency. The locality has functional connectivity with Mumbai via Sion-Panvel Highway, JNPT Road and Mumbai-Pune National Highway. Sector 10 Kamothe metro station is planned under Phase 2 of the upcoming Navi Mumbai Metro Line. Moreover, under-construction Navi Mumbai International Airport is around 8.5 km from the locality. Panvel railway station is 5.1 km from Kamothe. Belapur Bus Stand and Panvel Bus Stand are in proximity. Some of the prominent educational institutes nearby to locality are National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Institute for Technology & Management, DAV International School and Ryan International School. Famous hospital of locality are Jeevan Jyot Hospital and Matoshree Multi speciality Hospital.Prominent mall within 5 km from the locality are Orion Mall and Mahalaxmi Mall. The locality has sound connectivity with key employment center of CBD Belapur and Taloja Industrial Estate, which are situated at a driving distance of 15-20 minutes. Some of the nearby key corporate parks are Vishwaroop IT Park, Haware Fantasia Business Park, Millennium Business Park and International Infotech Park which can be reached in 25-35 minutes via Mumbai Expressway.

I am a former resident of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and my residential experience in this locality is good. There were many schools, markets, clinics, and hospitals near my home. Some of the malls were within walking distance of the neighborhood. There were ATMs and groceries nearby. The rickshaw stand was only 2 minutes away from where I used to live. The daily commute to the workplace was easy for me.

I live in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai as a tenant for work. I find this place pretty decent and convenient for residential purposes. It is only a 10 minutes drive to the Kharghar National Park. This locality is also very close to the airport. It is well connected to the major points of the city by public transport. Mansarovar station is very close to this locality. There are many petrol pumps nearby.

I am a permanent resident of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and I think that it is a good locality which offers all the basic amenities. The main market is very close to my home and there are many schools, hospitals, ATMs and malls nearby. This locality is close to the railway station as well. Mumbai Panvel Highway and the international airport is at a walking distance from this locality.

Positives: Here, I love my excellent experience and high rental yield. I have very smooth encounters at MGM Hospital. Eating at different neighbourhood locations makes me so thrilled. I have wonderful experiences connecting to Khandeshwar station.

Negatives: I advise correcting my unfavourable experience with waterlogging. Here, I lack a public library and enough open parking.

Positives: Kamothe is unusual because it appears domestic yet is well connected. Though well positioned close Panvel, Belapur, and Kharghar offices, this region seems not completely central. As a renter, I have conflicted feelings since, while my rent is reasonable, the standard of upkeep varies. Kamothe railway station, buses, and highway access all aid me. MGM Hospital and neighboring schools like St. Joseph High School are what I depend on. I like the cinemas and tiny food businesses in Kharghar and Panvel. The area seems to be rather safe; I haven't seen any serious crime-prone locations.

Negatives: Malls and large entertainment areas are a little distant to me. I really need improved road finishing and drainage since I struggle with waterlogging when it rains.

Positives: Owning my Kamothe home gives me satisfaction since my experience here seems familial and steady. Since hospitals, clinics, schools, and stores remain rather close to my home, I believe my thoughts match this neighborhood. Good connection by Kamothe station, frequent buses, and simple highway access is something I appreciate. Kamothe simplifies city travel by sitting between Panvel and Belapur. With surrounding stores, vegetable markets, and restaurants, daily life is easy. Local population movement makes me feel secure walking even at night. Local restaurants and little shopping districts appeal to me.

Negatives: I encounter water pressure problems in summer; uncompleted inner roads annoy me daily and have to be addressed right away.

Positives: I liked how close everything was in Kamothe when I lived there the year before. The simple train access to my office hub in Belapur CBD was my biggest benefit. My go-to place for evening unwinding was Khandeshwar Lake. I spent a great deal of time there. The trees surrounding the CIDCO garden close to my former residence also appealed to me. Ryan International School was a highly regarded establishment in my area. At Jeevan Jyot Hospital, my medical exams were always simple. Because the streets were always busy, I felt safe.

Negatives: The dense traffic at the entry points constituted my unfavourable experience. I believed the waste management required an extremely fast response.

Positives: Because it is near my Belapur CBD office, I am now a tenant at Kamothe. The low rent and the Metro link nearing Taloja are great assets. I do my shopping in Section 6 at Orion Mall as well as at the crowded nearby markets. For me, the medical facilities at Jeevan Jyoti Hospital are quite dependable. In Sector 22, I like the little patches of green close to the garden.

Negatives: I believe the terrible air quality from the adjacent Taloja industrial belt is the biggest challenge. On dark, deserted streets late at night, I struggle with safety concerns. I'm waiting for them to quickly raise drinking water quality and the quality of street illumination.

I am a permanent resident of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and I own a property near the main market. The Khandeshwar station is near sector 9 where I live and my building is also close to the rickshaw stand. The Express Highway and the National Highway is only 2 minute driving distance from my home. Water blockage due to road construction linking Kamothe and Sion-Panvel roads is the only issue in this locality.
