Because of the great connectivity via NH 44 and the Outer Ring Road, my property value is rapidly increasing. Road access to the JNTU College Metro Station is easy. The respected DRS International School and immediate medical access at Surekha Hospital are examples of great services. The only recommendation is that the local government provide more coordinated shuttle services linking the primary residential areas straight to the closest transit stations.

The networking is excellent. For stress-free commutes into the main commercial districts, we employ the Paradise Metro Station technique. The region also lacks a large shopping mall or multiplex to meet the quickly expanding population.
