I advise this location; it feels safe and the rental return is excellent. One area of advancement, though, is the dearth of well kept public parks and committed green areas.

Kalyan West also has several tourist places that attract lots of tourists every year such as Durgadi Fort, Kala Talao Lake, Malanggad, and many more.

This place is very famous and has several businesses, industrial and commercial zones along with good infrastructure. Several residential nodes attract several investments. Besides this area has better transport accessibility along with hospitals such as Meera Hospitals, and Apex Hospitals, and schools including P. St Xaviers International School, and D. Sacred Heart School found nearby.
