Furthermore, Kalamboli is safe and we can go out even at late night comfortably.
The upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport may increase the demand for
housing in Kalamboli. I have very good access to public transport such as railway
connectivity, bus services, auto rickshaws, app cabs, and cabs. Due to this, I am
never late to work.

Being a resident of Kalamboli, I have no complaints so far. There are many good
hospitals, educational institutes, markets, clinics, and shopping malls in close
vicinity. The nearest commercial hub is only 10 km away at Belapur CBD. However,
the shortage of water is a critical issue in this locality and the local people rely on water
tankers. Another issue facing the locality is air pollution due to Taloja MIDC in
proximity.

I have recently rented an apartment in Kalamboli and so far, my experience is very
good. It has very good proximity to employment hubs and therefore, the locality is
very popular among the tenant community. It has very good connectivity with Sion-
Panvel Highway, NH-66, NH-48, and Mumbai-Pune Expressway. However, the
monsoon is difficult with waterlogging and poor road conditions. Another major
concern is pollution which the authorities must address.
