It features a Luxurious 40,000 Sq Ft fully air conditioned clubhouse as per ASHRAE Standard - Rooftop Infinity Pool, Barbeque Deck, Yoga Deck, Fitness Centre, Indoor Forest Lounge, Private Theatres, and Banquet Halls. The location is also convenient with nearby markets, shops and clinics.

Everything you need is available at VGN Fairmont, whether you're a fitness enthusiast or looking for inner serenity. VGN Fairmont comes with several lifestyle amenities like a badminton court and a well-equipped yoga/meditation area. Being a part of VGN Fairmont entails being central. It is a prominent residential address because of its advantageous location next to the Kathipara flyover and its good access to the airport, bus terminal, and metro rail hub.
