Safety is great, and I have not seen any major criminal hot spots. But the local broken roads in interior areas and serious air pollution call for undoubtedly municipal attention.

But one big problem is the damaged inside highways in some sections of the region; thus, we urgently need superior air quality management for those sensitive to pollution.

Negatives: Daily driving is challenging in some places where internal roads are cracked or damaged. The air quality could be a moderate worry requiring better pollution control techniques. Finally, heavy rains cause us to occasionally have waterlogging, therefore we need better drainage infrastructure to correct.

The region also lacks a large shopping mall or multiplex to meet the quickly expanding population.

Positives: I like Kompally has a calm, green vibe; it doesn't have the frenzy of the city. NH 44 and the ORR link us well, so my trip to the industrial zones is quick. For it's worth, I chose this cheap North Zone location. Right here, we have top facilities including Renova Hospital and St. Ann's School. For families, it's perfect; it provides respectable rent income.

Negatives: Though three items require work, the area is wonderful. NH 44 has extremely heavy peak-hour traffic. Reliance only on the road also means that we presently lack a suitable metro connection. At long last, some internal roadways call for better paving and are damaged.
