    I believe Ballygunge would be a wonderful place to lease; everything I require is close by, hence I am quite satisfied here. The amazing convenience of local stores to luxury shops at Quest Mall is here. Being a renter makes me feel quite secure since the housing neighborhoods are well protected. Even if the rent is more, I think the centrality and quality of life I get make it rather inexpensive. My major benefit is the fast commute to the commercial center of Camac Street and Park Street. I think the future of the area is assured by the continuous construction of infrastructure. More appointed, reasonably priced public parking spots are I believe the one area missing and needing great presence here.

The close Netaji Bhavan Metro and Maa Flyover make my trip connection simple, such that day and night transport is quick. In this elegant neighbourhood, I feel very safe.     Given that this region is essentially central, my most recent encounter was rather amazing. My view on connectivity is that just outside there are invariably easily accessible local transportation, taxis, and buses. In my opinion, the attractive, well-lit roads and the aggressive neighbourhood policing. It is the best feature of this area; it really impressed me. Near to elite schools like South Point High School and medical facilities like Sri Aurobindo Seva Kendra, Ballygunge is recommended. I benefit much from office complexes in Park Circus and the nearby Jatin Das Park Metro. Though the civil infrastructure is excellent, in my opinion the one thing really lacking is regular maintenance of an internal drainage system.

    Coming home to Kolkata's soul felt always like Ballygunge. I just loved how modern convenience and old-world charm blended there. With bright lighting and well-kept streets, the neighborhood was rather safe. Walking home late I felt confident. Just adjacent to us, we were quite connected with the Ballygunge Junction Railway Station Metro stations like Jatin Das Park were a brief drive away. Excellent entertainment was offered by top-tier universities like Quest Mall. Important services like reliable hospitals and schools were always easily accessible. Local travel was a little sluggish as a result of the extreme lack of open children's parks and the inevitable traffic jams surrounding Gariahat at rush hour.
