A peaceful, green surroundings Kompally provided made it a beautiful, safe getaway from the centre of Hyderabad that I very enjoyed. Its position on NH-44 made it simple to connect to Secunderabad and road trips. The growing Outer Ring Road gave Hitec City access for me. With great educational options like DPS Kompally and quality medical care at Russh Super Speciality Hospital nearby, the social infrastructure was amazing. Cine Planet Mall and Runway 9 offered excellent entertainment choices just for fun. My one grievance was the irregular water supply in older sections of the town; as a result, we occasionally had to depend on private tankers.

I selected Kompally offers a considerably more inexpensive alternative to the HITEC City region even if the Outer Ring Road allows for a fast commute. Though not exactly next to the main IT hubs, the connectivity is excellent for the Secunderabad and Balanagar industrial belt. Not the premium rates of the west zone, this site provides excellent value for money. Modern amenities abound; the surroundings seem quite clean and natural. I adore the lack of traffic and the plentiful trees. Only four kilometers separate the Bolarum railway station. Outside the gated communities, safety near the highway at night can be a little poor. This is what concerns me most. Here is an evolving but calm setting that I absolutely love.

The reliance on private tankers for water in some regions is the only item needing development. This serene suburban existence is exactly what I aspired to.

Morning strolls are pleasant thanks to nearby lakes and general greenness. Better emphasis from the local authorities is needed for the overall upkeep and improvement of public gardens. For high-quality family living, Kompally is surely the best option.

Safety is great, and I have not seen any major criminal hot spots. But the local broken roads in interior areas and serious air pollution call for undoubtedly municipal attention.

The savvy money is here in Hyderabad, and its distinctiveness is its change from wineries to a luxury housing complex with much vegetation. Although not precisely centrally placed, the USP provides residents simple access to job centers like HITEC City and Begumpet via NH 44 and the ORR, hence its great connectivity. Here, we have hospitals like Srikara and fantastic schools like Unicent. Its cheap and competitive real estate market accounts for its high rental income. The Outer Ring Road gives us good connection.

Negatives: Still, the absence of a nearby devoted metro stop really upsets me most. Increasing traffic intensity on regional roadways.

Positives: I decided to move to Kompally because the cost of homes felt reasonable and I saw an opportunity for strong rental demand. Compared to hectic city areas, this region offers small homes at lower prices. Though there is no nearby metro station, buses and automobiles handle daily commuting rather well. I most enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and somewhat lower traffic than central Hyderabad. Living here strikes a balance between cost and basic comfort.

Negatives: More dependable public transportation connections, improved road maintenance, and simpler access to major hospitals or big malls are what I wish got better. Kompally might become far more appealing for extended residency should these improve.

Positives: Kompally offered a delightful break from the busy metropolis. I really adored the rather peaceful, green environment. It quickly emerged as a centre for secure, high-end gated communities and typically seemed quite secure. NH-44 had excellent connectivity, so Secunderabad was quickly accessible. With great hospitals such Russh nearby, top schools like DPS and Cine Planet Mall offering weekend entertainment, we had excellent social infrastructure.

Negatives: Frequently needing costly private tankers, we often battled erratic city water supply. Also, reaching important work sites like HITEC City felt far off even after the Outer Ring Road. Daily transportation depended too much on erratic buses because the promised Metro Phase II extension was just a future project.

Positives: I just adore Kompally's lifestyle. Like a little reprieve from the urban bustle, here feels really safe and pleasant. The mood of the neighbourhood is excellent. Just down the street is Srikara Hospitals. St. Ann's is close by and DRS International is a fantastic school. The Outer Ring Road gives incredibly simple connectivity. Cineplanet and Decathlon are right here for kicks. This is a wonderful spot to settle down. Directly linking us will be future metro growth along the Paradise-Medchal corridor. Our streets are clean and surrounded with plenty of vegetation.

Negatives: I wish for better are the present lack of immediate metro access and growing peak-hour traffic congestion on the main road.
