I have bought an apartment in Ashok Vatika recently and so far, I am satisfied with the locality. However, I have a few complaints regarding the road conditions and the traffic conditions. The roads are not very well-lit which leads to accidents and mishaps. The traffic condition is not good either and the authority needs to address it as well. Other than this, the locality meets all the necessities of the residents.

I used to live in Ashok Vatika, Ghaziabad a few years ago and I liked it there. The locality has seamless connectivity to the rest of the city, The locality is also connected with the Grand Trunk Road through an 80ft road and a 150ft Road. The locality also has very close proximity to the airport. The local people had very good accessibility to almost everything.

I have lived in Ashok Vatika for many years and my experience is good. The locality has many shopping malls and local markets, fulfilling the daily needs of the residents. The residents of the locality do not need to go too far to find a good hospital or health center. I even have very good access to medical stores and other necessities like groceries. It also has several local markets.

I rented an apartment in Ashok Vatika 5 years ago, and so far, I am satisfied and only have a few complaints. The locality has a very good social infrastructure with all the amenities and urban facilities nearby. In terms of connectivity, Ashok Vatika is connected to all the major points of the city. However, the drainage system of the area is very poor and leads to a pungent smell.

The locality is very affordable with independent houses and ready-to-move apartments as well as residential lands by homegrown builders. Therefore, the neighborhood is very amiable and it indeed is a great place in terms of environment, commuting, and places of interest. The locality is safe and I comfortably go out at night on my own.
