Water logging in heavy monsoons has been a problem for Jalalabad for a long time. Moreover, the roads are not as well maintained as you would see near the Delhi border. This further makes it challenging for daily commutes. The locality is quite far from Delhi and the closes saving grace is its proximity to Muradnagar and Chota Haridwar. Reputed schools and hospitals are at a distance and may require some travel.

Jalalabad has all the necessary conveniences around which makes it a great residential living area. The place is a bit off the grid but is fast changing with many residential projects cropping up around the area. This gives a great opportunity to investors to invest as it is expected to give good returns in the future. Jalalabad is benefited from the Meerut expressway connects Delhi on one side and the NE3 on the other side. Both are 2-3 KM away which aids the locality by connecting it to key roads.

My reason for liking Jalalabad is that the locality is that it is away from the chaos of the city and provides a peaceful abode. But this same fact is what also acts as a problem. The locality is yet to see more development in the coming years. The locality has very less options for recreation and big-brand stores are hard to find in the area. Medical pharmacies are available but good hospitals are hard to find and may require a bit of commute in emergencies.

The Delhi - Meerut Expressway and the Upper Ganges canal Road, both within 2 km of the locality give Jalalabad good connectivity to Muradnagar as well as Modinagar. The locality is fast developing and is expected to become one of the best residential places as the city expands. Jalalabad has many retail shops, local markets, and banks which provide basic needs and is convenient for running daily errands without many commutes. The local markets are vibrant and satisfy all daily requirements.

Jalalabad features a large number of retail stores, neighborhood markets, and banks that meet necessities and make it simple to perform errands regularly without long travel. The nearby marketplaces are thriving and provide for all needs. Jalalabad is also a fantastic place to live in a residential area because it is close to all the amenities needed.
