The development is surrounded by park areas on all four sides. I have been here for about a month now and I can recommend this to any single girl looking for a peaceful place to stay without facing any kind of harassment.

Amenities here are the essentials and then some. There is a guard present at the gate all day every day and he does not let any strangers in. It’s safe, peaceful, and exactly the kind of quiet environment I wanted after deciding to live alone.

It’s beautiful, sure, but the project is also really secure, and that is what makes it so good for me. I have a little six year old son so picking a safe neighbourhood to move into was the first priority for me, not price. Still, I will say even the 4BHK villas aren’t overly expensive.

The units here are a little expensive, but that is to be expected since they are villas and not just apartments. Inside the villas the rooms are very airy and built using a European style. They’re also pretty big enough for families.

Serenity Enclave looks like a monastery at first glance. I was surprised to find that it somehow managed to be exactly that peaceful in the middle of the Undri sector. From the outside, this project looks absolutely gorgeous with its light tan facade and flowery gardens.
