I am a former resident of Nilje Gaon, Navi Mumbai, and my residential experience in this locality is good. I lived in a rental apartment which was very close to the market. The Xperia Mall was only a few minutes away from my home. The neighborhoods were beautiful and there was a lot of greenery around the locality. The properties are pretty affordable here. Nile Gaon has good route connectivity as well.

I find Nilje Gaon, Navi Mumbai very convenient for residential purposes. The rapid infrastructural development around the area is very promising. The markets are within walking distance and there are many good schools in the locality. Good hospitals and clinics are in the vicinity. What is not so good about this locality is the traffic congestion in the peak hours and it is painful for people coming from either Navi Mumbai or Thane.

I live in a rental apartment in Nilje Gaon, Navi Mumbai and the people here are very nice and helpful. This locality is well connected to the major points of the city by public transport. Cabs and autos are easily available at Nilje Gaon, Navi Mumbai. This locality is also one of the developing places in Navi Mumbai that offers all amenities that are useful to residents.

What I love the most about Nilje Gaon, Navi Mumbai is the social infrastructure, greenery, internal roads and the safety and security of the location. Crimes rarely occur at this locality and police patrolling is pretty frequent. The roads are very well- maintained, clean and hygienic and the streets are well-lit. Markets are at a walking distance and groceries and convenience stores are found in abundance. Xperia mall is located here too.
