Lodha Casa Ultima’s strategic positioning on the Eastern Express Highway whichis just 0.6 km ways gives it good accessibility to the important parts of the city,moreover, the nearest train station is just a mere 0.7 km away and is surely notchallenged by connectivity issues.

Lodha Casa Ultima is the place to be if you are a sports aficionado. The sportsfacility that comes with the apartment comes with everything a gym, tennis andbadminton court; basketball courts; a designated area for badminton as well as aYoga center. What more can I ask for? given the affordable pricing.

Kudos to the Lodha Casa for its focus on environmental impact with its Eco-friendly architecture. Rainwater harvesting and a designated sewage treatmentplant that provided a 24X7 treated water supply are very appreciable given theaffordable pricing of the apartments.
