The apartments of Goodwill Paradise are well planned and aim to optimize carpet area and as per my belief give the best value for carpet area compared to the other building projects in the Kharghar area.

The power cut is a major issue in this locality. But This complex has good power backup. The water supply is thoroughly planned and hence offers uninterrupted supply along with backup power it makes for a comfortable living in Goodwill Paradise. Security is present 24 X 7 and has CCTVs everywhere.

Sports amenities are diverse list in Goodwill Paradise and offer a basketball court, badminton, tennis, squash and table tennis. A well-equipped gym and pool are also present for the comfort of the residents.

My favorite part of the tour of Goodwill Paradise was the Coffee Lounge on the 9th Floor, which is a great spot to unwind after a busy day. Additionally, the luxury details make it an ideal residential paradise with community halls for the residents.

The development is a luxury and modern property located in the heart of CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, and it gives a good connection to all the main parts of the city. It is situated in a prominent business neighborhood as well.
