I am very much impressed by the project of Godrej Garden City as it is offering 2 and 3BHK apartments considering a size ranging from 1064 Sq. Ft to 2253 Sq. Ft. moreover, the project considers a master planning by SOM in terms of offering 40 acres of open space.

I am impressed by the Godrej Garden City project since it involves round 11 properties for rent. It is very well connected considering its location and it has got a rating near 6.3 considering its lifestyle and amenities. But I think a sports facility would have been much better.

The Godrej Garden City project impressed me since its cost is reasonable in terms of considering its valuable location on the SG highway. The project costs between 25.38 Lacs to 95.29 Lacs, making it affordable for a significant range of communities.

I am very much overwhelmed about the project of Godrej Garden City since it is located near SG highway making the transportation and communication easier and smoother. However, I suggest that the project could have focused more on building sufficient number of towers.
