Reviews & Ratings of Sector 26, Gurgaon
Based on 5 verified reviews
- Reputed Schools or Hospitals in the Vicinity
- Near Metro or Good Public Transport
- Plenty of Shopping & Entertainment Options Nearby
- Safe at Night with Well Lit Streets
- No Infrastructural Development Planned in Future
As a former resident of sector 26 of Gurgaon, I was so much satisfied due to its connectivity to the yellow line of the metro which in turn connects this area to various public sectors like power grids, IT hubs like DLF cyber city, and industrial complexes such as HSIIDC, Maruti Udyog, Udyog Vihar. However, this area does not have a lot of job opportunities only but plenty of schools, colleges, hospitals, parks, religious places, hotels, shopping malls, and theatres are there as well.
For tenants in Gurgaon, I suppose that sector 26 is the best choice and I have two sound reasons for that rather than one. Firstly, this area is suitable for finding a 4 BHK room easily as half of the property ready for sale is of that type, and dlf builders as well as axiom land base are the important, realtors here. Secondly, this area connects too many important places of Gurgaon and Delhi via Faridabad-Gurgaon road and Sikanderpur metro station as well as Indigo Guru Dronacharya metro station.
Sector 26 is one of the well-developed residential localities in Gurgaon. It well connected this area with various important neighboring cities, like Faridabad, Noida, Gurgaon, and Delhi. Not that only, this area also connects with sector 26a, nathupur, chakkarpur, and sector 24, which are also important localities of Gurgaon. This area is quadrilateral and surrounded by Faridabad-Gurgaon road, Mehrauli-Gurgaon road, and Golf Course Road on the three sides with Sunset Boulevard on the other side. I choose this area for its suitable environment and well connectivity.
This area is suitable for tenants as this area is mainly residential and connects to various parts of the city. However, being a bank employee of SBI, this area has drawn my attention successfully. This area has a lot of banks like IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, and SBI. However, if someone pulls apart the best part, then I would also say that the locality is a highly sought area. This thing, in turn, gradually becomes the reason for an increasing crowd as well as a water crunch due to consequences.
Residing in sector 26 in Gurgaon is a decision that one might not regret but rather become happy about. This area has proximity to several shopping complexes such as DLF mega mall, grand mall, and Sahara mall as well as plenty of healthcare facilities like Jage Ram Memorial Hospital, Neelkanth Hospital, Vasista Clinics, and Fortis India. Being a family person, I have chosen this area for its proximity to Euro International School, among other schools. But this area is crowded and has an issue with traffic jams on several roads.
after approval.
