About Sector 68, Gurgaon

sector 68 is one of the localities in Gurgaon city in haryana. gurgaon is a part of ncr – delhi, making it a satellite city of delhi. the city is located on the delhi haryana border with new delhi towards its north-east. it is india’s second largest information technology hub and third largest financial and banking hub. sector 68 has close proximity to retail and commercial centers in gurgaon like Sector 48, 49, 47, 50. 

in terms of property, most of the projects are residential development – multi-storey apartments, flats, condominiums and high rise buildings. some of the prominent residential projects in this locality are- supertech hues, m3m sierra 68, ocus 24k, supertech scarlet suites and mahira homes. the market value of a 2bhk is around inr 80 lacs- 1 crore which account for about 35 % of the properties in this area. some properties are available for inr 60 lacs- 80 lacs for the same room setting. approximately, 63 % of the sales are 2 bhk apartments and about 85 % of the properties are multistorey apartments. as for rentals, the price range starts from inr 20k- 25k and goes up to inr 25k- 30k. 2 bhk is the most popular room configuration.
