I selected this project mostly for financial reasons. I am not presently residing here. The development possibilities of the area especially piqued my attention. Pale Gaon still has room to expand. In Thane previously, I think the builder has turned out consistent projects. That strengthened my confidence. Basic amenities like hospitals and schools are within easy reach. My family's comfort depended on Bethany Hospital and Jupiter Hospital. Singhania and similar institutions are nearby. Good rental interest is evident since offices at Majiwada and Wagle Estate are close by. With steady mobility, the neighbourhood seems secure. Green environs give worth. Local road upkeep throughout the monsoon is what concerns me most. Surface fixes and drainage should be completed more rapidly.

I have faith in the Patel Group for respectable building quality. To me, that trust was crucial. Greenery nearby and fewer crowds are the USP for me. Accessible are hospitals such as Jupiter and neighbourhood clinics. Viviana Mall is quite close. The neighbourhood seems secure. The path ending and drainage close to the site make me let down. These have to be rapidly improved.
