Supertech ORB-R (Phase-III), developed by Supertech Limited, was officially launched on 01-Aug-2012 and expected to be completed by 30-Jun-2021, registered under RERA No. UPRERAPRJ5551. The project comprises 1 tower and offers 46 residential units, including OTHER, 4 BHK, with unit sizes ranging from 2433 to 2443 Square feet across a total area of 2.49 Acre.

Residents of Supertech ORB in Sector 74, Noida, allege that the builder is attempting to capture the ORB Club, with residents claiming they paid approximately ₹4 lakh for membership. They are protesting the builder's move to allow residents of the adjacent Cape Town CC One and CC Two projects to use the ORB Club, claiming it is a premium society and that they are feeling unsafe due to unauthorized access.

The Allahabad National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted a petition by Assets Care and Reconstruction Company (ACRE), backed by Ares SSG Capital, to initiate insolvency proceedings against Supertech ORB. Construction contractors of Supertech Limited staged a protest against the management for non-payment of bills, seeking payments of around ₹150 crore. They have also filed a plea before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) demanding payment of their bills.

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, approved a ₹420.86 crore resolution plan for Supertech ORB Project Private Limited, submitted by Brickboss Infra Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ametek Buildtech India Private Limited. The approval paves the way for Brickboss Infra, backed by the Ametek Group, to take over and complete the stalled Supertech ORB project in Noida.

The Supreme Court upheld the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal's December 2024 order entrusting 16 stalled housing projects of debt-ridden Supertech Ltd to state-owned National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC India Ltd) for completion.
