Signalling and telecommunication works have been commissioned at Kelve Road station.

The Panvel-Karjat New Suburban Corridor is nearing completion, The Virar-Dahanu Road Quadrupling Project is progressing fast. A total of 4 residential transactions has been registered so far for Sai Heights Virar, amounting to ₹ 80 L till August 2026.
