NBCC (India) Limited is auctioning 262 luxury apartments in Chanakyapuri, Delhi, with starting prices over ₹15 crore each. The proceeds will fund the redevelopment of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) colonies. The project, Avenue Towers, is RERA registered and expected to be completed within two years.
