The peaceful town of Ravet is located on the outskirts of Pune and is a part of the affluent Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. The stunning Tilak Bridge over the Pawana River connects the Ravet to Pune City. The region is situated on the Katraj-Dehu Bypass route, which connects to the Mumbai highway along the Pawana river on the northwest side of Pimpri-Chinchwad. The Pavana River partially forms the neighborhood's southern boundary.

Being a renter in Ravet satisfies me greatly. The main benefit of this region is its strategic proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, I feel. Working in the Hinjewadi IT Park gives me really favourable experience. The major useful benefits are the extensive roadways and the daily use of the BRTS bus system. For health, I advise Ojas Multispeciality Hospital; D.Y. Patil College is a well-known name here. The abundance of plants and the safety in this neighbourhood are what I most love. Young professionals find Ravet to be rather affordable, in my opinion. One thing I find annoying is the infrequent power outage. The lack of a real metro line is the fundamental difficulty.

With the close-by Akurdi railway station and BRTS road, my daily trip is very simple. This neighbourhood is recommended because D.Y. Patil University and Sterling Multispeciality Hospital are close for us. The family-orientated gated neighbourhoods make me feel very secure for women at night. For my morning quiet, I find pleasure in the foliage around the Pavana River. With excellent rental yields from tech workers, my investment is really lucrative. Still, I want better street lighting on internal roads and more public parks. My decision to stay here is flawless.

I would say the surroundings are remarkably excellent because of the fresh air and the proximity to the Pavana River. I have been very impressed with how my children go to S.B. Patil Public School. Each line of my life shows contemporary lifestyle amenities and a high standard of living.

Negatives: But I have a few unfavourable aspects of the area to relate. Within the industry itself, we do not have luxury stores. Additionally, some areas' drainage systems are very bad and frequently overflow when it rains. To maintain a clean and healthy green area, I really wish to see the frequency of trash collection increase.

Positives: I really admire how Ravet has grown into a premium residential hub. I believe that living here provides a quiet life apart from the frenzy of the city. Having emergency services like Unique Multispeciality Hospital and big shopping at DMart within very close range is really useful in my perspective. Local buses and the Aundh-Ravet BRTS road provide great connectivity. Being located exactly at Pune's gateway, this spot seems ideal. I feel extremely secure here thanks to gated neighborhoods and regular police patrols. For family dinners, the closest restaurants, like Raaga Imperio, are excellent.

Negatives: Every day the unkept service roads bother me; therefore, they require immediate PCMC action.

Positives: Quick access to the Hinjewadi IT Park, where my office was located, was my major benefit. One great feature was my ability to access Mumbai without becoming trapped in city traffic by jumping onto the Expressway. The Ravet Hanging Bridge over the Pavana River was my favourite place. For weekend strolls, I also liked Ganesh Lake in Nigdi. I felt really safe because of famous sites like Blossom Public School and Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital.

Negatives: Need more major shopping malls. Back then, I believed the public transit, such as the BRTS, ought to have had more regular buses. During my visit to the local markets, I hope they have better parking control.

Positives: I came here as a tenant because the rent is far lower than those in PCMC. For my food shopping, I find comfort in my proximity to D-Mart and One Mall. The simple access to Akurdi Railway Station for my travel is the greatest advantage Ravet possesses. To view the still-existing verdancy along the Pawana River side, I frequently visit. Since Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital is only a quick car trip away, the location is rather convenient for me.

Although Pune is not centred around it, commuters find it to be a key connection. Being a renter near the Hinjewadi corporate sector makes my experience not bad. Connectivity to the highway and inexpensive rentals are the main advantages of this area. For my travels, the Akurdi railway station is the closest one.

Negatives: Safety is excellent, yet some dark patches on service roads are crime-ridden for minor theft. As we approach summer deficits, I urgently require better street lights and improvements to the public water supply system.

Positives: Being correct at the intersection of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway seems to be a big advantage for my next journeys. The attitude here appeals to me since it seems really new in contrast to the hectic city. Since my children attend S.B. Patil Public School and D.Y. Patil College, which are just next door, my daily life is simple. Having Ojas Multispeciality Hospital next to me for my family's medical requirements also appeals to me. Near PCMC metro station, I feel quite safe inside my gated community.

Negative

Negatives: The continuous power outages and poorly maintained internal roads dishearten me. My recommendation is to instantly repair the streetlights and drainage. I wish the government would move swiftly.

Positives: My job in the Hinjewadi IT Park kept me in Ravet. I thought I could leap onto the Mumbai-Pune Expressway so swiftly, which was appealing. Often taking the neighbourhood buses, I noticed the ongoing construction of the fresh metro. Many nights were spent with my friends at the Sentosa Water Park or Sentosa Resorts. For me, I thought the medical support at Sterling Multispeciality Hospital was always accessible.

Negative

Negatives: The incessant building produces terrible dust and noise, which presents major problems. The heavy traffic makes the inner roads much too small. The drainage infrastructure and street lighting, in particular, need to be completely renovated right away. Also, public parks are limited.
