The distance from the main city is what challenges the locality. But as the area is going through a facelift I am sure the connectivity to the surrounding area will be easier in the coming days. Local Markets and Malls are present nearby with many recreational options. Moreover, a safe neighborhood. Nonetheless, many parts face water stagnation issues which may profess some hindrances.

My favorite part about sector 29 is that the locality has many public spaces around as well as places of worship. Notable sights in the area include the ISKCON temple, Metro Eco park, Open water Ravet swimming ghat, and the public swimming pool of Govind Baug. Renowned educational institutions such as the S.B. Patil Public school, PCCOER, and City Pride School among many others.

The society here in Sector 29 is very quaint and has all amenities at its disposal which makes the area a comfortable locality to live in. Schools, colleges, Banks, and ATMs are widespread in the area. As it is still in its development phase Sector 29 is a great housing investment opportunity with the expected returns to be high in the coming years in terms of ROI. But I find the locality too distant from the key hubs within Pune.

Ravet BRTS Road on one side and Ravet central street on the other gives the locality of Sector 29 good access to transportation and retail joints. Most of the transportation facilities such as bus and taxi services. The locality is close to the Kaurdi railway station which gives the area good connectivity with the central hubs of Pune city. Social infrastructures like parks and medical centers are easily accessible in the locality with many reputed institutions nearby.

Sector 29 is situated north of Pune in the Pimpri-Chinchwad. I find the locality to be excellent for the time being. As large developments are slowly cropping up in the area the locality is expected to be one of the high-demand residential areas in the coming years. The roads are good and are a peaceful locality with all the necessary amenities. Transportation is also well accessible making it a highly connected area.
