This growth is attributed to high real estate prices in Pune city, making Punawale an attractive option for those seeking larger homes within integrated gated communities.

Pune's residential real estate market experienced a 20% decline in new apartment sales in 2025, attributed to economic pressures and rising property prices. While overall transaction value increased due to higher deal sizes and a shift towards luxury housing, affordability remains a concern. The PMC has issued a tender for the project and plans to involve private agencies for setting up the charging stations.
