I have great colleges nearby, simple metro access, corporate offices etc. Weekends are spent at parks with family as well as at the beach. Though I adore this location, parking problems and noise have to be addressed quickly.

The Liberty Garden is also ideal for taking a stroll. The only problem I discovered here was the waterlogging in the monsoon and the constant traffic congestion.

Also, if you’re up for it, then the Juhu Beach is about half an hour away by car. The social amenities here are pretty decent, and the flat prices are still doable for many people, unlike some other Mumbai localities. The only thing I can say is that traffic congestion is something that the local authorities need to work on. The rest is absolutely fine.
