I love Sector 67 for its modern lifestyle. Driving via Sohna Road is a breeze. The Sector 55-56 Metro and Park Hospital are quite close. I shop at M3M Urbana and enjoy the local greenery near Iris Tech Park. Sadly, I face massive waterlogging and loud construction noise.

I think Sector 67 is beautiful with great high-rise views. I pay 45,000 rent for my flat. I think the rental yields are booming. I love hanging out at WorldMark. Transport is easy with on-call cabs. I dislike the high maintenance charges. The water is very hard. Security guards need better training.

My experience here is wonderful. I own my home in this locality. Daily I utilise the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro. With M3M Urbana close by, my family's life is very safe and practical. My recommendations include improved streetlights at here. Here I despise the heavy upkeep fees and waterlogging.

I find my life here very modern, thus I love it. Being next to my workplace and Airia Mall thrills me. The neighbourhood parks attract my family. For students as well, I think it is really practical. I do have difficulties with intense traffic congestion and growing noise from the primary highway.

The Golf Course Extension's road connection seems quite seamless to me. For entertainment, my clients enjoy being next to M3M Urbana. I advise remembering the problems with the water supply and traffic.

As a renter, I find great happiness living in Sector 67. My opinion is that the main benefit of this region is the opulent high-rise way of life just on Golf Course Extension Road. With rents on the higher side, I would say the neighborhood is not particularly cheap. The building dust from fresh projects bugs me. The absence of public streetlights is the major area requiring upgrading.

I recommend this place for the excellent reach to the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. Families seem to love nearby Park Hospital's care as well as top schools like VIBGYOR High. Because gated townships provide high-end security, I believe the area is rather safe for women late at night. Evening gatherings are welcome in the lovely manicured parks and nearby commercial centers. I see the rental return here is rather good. Flooding during storms and absence of public lighting need urgent care, though.

My Sector 67 lifestyle is really appealing since it strikes me as very modern and classy. My trip is quite rapid thanks to the Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road. Hence my experience is excellent. Everyone should visit this neighbourhood, as Park Hospital and VIBGYOR High School are very near and beneficial. Because of the rigorous security in gated neighbourhoods, I feel especially safe for women in my family at night. I like the nice green parks and the lively atmosphere at M3M Urbana shopping. High rental returns from corporate tenants make my investment clearly worth it. Still, I wish for more street lighting on service roads and fewer power outages. Here is my best choice of life.

The environment inside the society is clean, secure, and family-friendly with 24/7 security, ample parking, and well-maintained parks. Overall, it offers great value for both residents and investors.

Positives: I live in Sector 67. I like visiting the Good Earth City Centre nearby. I travel easily using Sohna Road, and I reach Huda City Centre metro. I like gated neighbourhoods and greenery.

Negatives: The traffic rush always irritates me. I want better internal road maintenance in this area.

Positives: I travel daily to the Golf Course Extension offices from this area. I use cabs and main roads easily. I have clinics and hospitals nearby. I spend weekends at Good Earth City Centre.

Negatives: I feel rent is high but manageable. I face traffic noise, limited street shopping, and water pressure issues here.

Positives: I enjoy a calm daily life at Sector 67 in Gurgaon. I see a good rental yield from my flat. I enjoy family dinners near local cafes and malls. I like the smooth connectivity of this area.

Negatives: I want more parks. I feel a nearby metro station is missing.

Positives: I chose Sector 67 for its proximity to my Golf Course Extension office. I had a good experience with the wide roads, premium society vibes, and air quality. I spent time at Airia Mall for fun.

Negatives: Unfortunately, I hated the zero streetlights, no local grocery markets, and the broken service roads.

Positives: To me, the rent seems rather high. Living close to the Golf Course Extension headquarters and Park Hospital enables my real experience to be acceptable. The surroundings are quite posh.

Negatives: Daily, though, I struggle with poor mobile networks, little local markets, and exceptionally steep electricity costs.
