I enjoyed the convenient location of Sector 49, Gurgaon, where I lived briefly. Roads were excellent for drives. Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road made Local markets and Good Earth City Centre addressed daily needs. Offices along Golf Course Road were nearby. Short travel to Cyber City and MG Road Commutes were therefore quick. Medanta and Artemis, hospitals, were only a short drive distant. Morning walks benefited from parks and little neighbourhood green spots. Help came from neighbours. The neighborhood was contemporary and secure. My favorite was the quick access to work hubs and stores in under 20 minutes. One Peak hour traffic and pedestrian walkway maintenance were areas requiring improvement. I would gladly suggest it to new inhabitants.
Particularly along Sohna Road, we are right next to the main business activity The residential pockets feel remarkably tranquil and safe A perfect setting following a long day at work. With malls like Good Earth City Center and Baani Square nearby, alongside vital amenities like Artemis Hospital and many well-known schools. Getting around is very easy thanks to the connectivity through Sohna Road and the Golf Course Extension Road; so, the daily commute to the local IT parks is rather smooth. Particularly during the rainy season, the inadequate upkeep of local roads and open drains that might cause potholes and little nuisance is the sole disadvantage requiring urgent attention.
With its strategic placement on Sohna Road, Sector 49 in Gurgaon is an investment goldmine ideally suited for premium housing and strong returns. and the Golf Course Extension Road. With best institutions like DPS International and luxury hospitals like Artemis nearby, its strongest suit is its excellent social amenities. The easy access to prominent corporate parks like Iris Tech Park appeals to clients; this drives high rental yields throughout 2 and 3 BHK arrangements. Though being central, the surroundings is exceedingly quiet, perfect for high-net-worth people. Better planned public transportation choices besides shared auto-rickshaws would benefit the area considerably by enhancing daily commuting for all inhabitants. This location offers great capital growth and excellent lifestyle convenience.
Positive: Being a Sector 49 Gurgaon renter fills me great delight. The region really justifies its reputation as a quiet and relaxing location. Sohna Road and the Golf Course Extension Road provide great road access that allows effortless travel. Near here, the community offers everything basic. Along with excellent shopping venues like Sapphire Mall, and premium medical choices from several close hospitals. It is unquestionably a luxury neighborhood with a contemporary, high-quality residential vibe.
NegativeNegatives: It is really annoying that peak-hour traffic jams, especially along the main arteries, can be aggravating. Furthermore upgrading of the drainage system is called for. Open drains and potholes are a continual headache for both drivers and walkers during the wet season.
Sector 49 makes a strong case for raising a family, since it is very well-connected through multiple roads. When you have the Sohna Road or Dwarka Expressway nearby, along with the SPR, it makes for a very smooth experience indeed. The placement of the locality is very strategic, if you consider it. I won’t be surprised if it becomes one of Gurgaon’s costliest locations in the near future. My only issue is that the last-mile public transportation facilities are hard to access, but that should improve considerably down the line. I am pretty satisfied living here, to say the least.
Sector 49 is a well-developed locality, in my opinion. Sohna Road is the main lifeline that runs nearby, and the Golf Course Extension Road is not that difficult to access. The SPR (Southern Peripheral Road) is another lifeline, along with the Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road, and the NH-8. So, the neighbourhood is strategically located at the connecting points of so many key roads. That is a big plus point, in my opinion.
NegativeThe only thing I can mention is the soaring property prices. This has made real estate projects costlier. I am happy with the appreciation, but my relatives are finding it hard to invest here.
Positive: Sector 49 is located right on Sohna Road, which explains the reason behind the decision for choosing this location. The connectivity was excellent. Many times, we availed of the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station, just a short drive away. I liked the fact that all important services, schools such as St. Xavier's, and Park Hospital were at a stone's throw, and Sapphire Mall took care of all the shopping needs.
NegativeNegative: Water logging on many internal roads was a real headache, especially after heavy rains, as the drainage system often backed up. Another issue was the sometimes unreliable power supply. We suffered too many sudden power cuts and voltage dips that disrupted everyday life.
Positives: I thoroughly enjoy the superb road connectivity through Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension. Top-notch hospitals such as Artemis are just a stone's throw away. I feel secure and the business parks like Iris Tech Park proximity simplifies my commute. Despite the area being a bit costly, the very high quality of life afforded makes it well worth the price.
NegativeNegatives: The proximity to the Huda City Centre metro, it is around 7 km distant, and public transportation in the sector is limited, so that distance is a hassle without a personal car. Also, in peak hours, the Sohna Road has terrible traffic jams that really annoy me a lot and require a complete overhaul.
Positives: I have been renting at Sector 49. it is quiet though central. The amazing connectivity to Sohna Road and the surrounding commercial centers like Iris Tech Park, making my office commute a breeze. We have great world-class schools and hospitals like Artemis nearby, so I have complete peace of mind.
NegativeNegatives: The serious traffic jam during peak hours, particularly on the major roads, which requires immediate police deployment to handle. Public transport means such as buses are few, and without having my own car, travel to the Huda City Centre metro station becomes challenging. In addition, some of the interior roads are deteriorating, and potholes become big problems during rainy days.
Sector 49, on paper at least, offers everything that I would need for a comfortable lifestyle with my family. Now, I wanted to buy a property here, since it is close to the Golf Course Extension Road, which is quite near to my workplace. Sohna Road is also close by, while the shopping outlets like Big Bazaar, local markets, multiplexes, restaurants, etc., are also accessible once you drive for about 10-12 minutes. The property prices are also going up due to higher demand, and I think I’m pretty satisfied with my investment.
NegativeThe only thing I would like to be improved is the power supply. There are sudden outages that take a long time to be fixed.
I love how the Sector 50 market is close by, helping me buy essentials without any hassles. Then of course, Big Bazaar is also nearby, along with the Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road (my workplace is here). I also like the fact that hospitals, schools, and other amenities are within a 10-15 minute radius. Many residential complexes have come up here, along with multiplexes, local markets, eateries, and so on. It is a good place to stay at.
NegativeThe issues here include inconsistent power supply at certain times of the year. Waterlogging is also an issue that the civic body should look at.
I personally really feel settled in Sector 49 on Sohna Road and I would say it has a good balance of peace and convenience. The place is well connected with Huda City Centre metro and main roads and it's easy to commute. I appreciate the greenery of the place with parks and clean streets and there are lots of shops, cafes around. It is safe and relatively quiet, and I see families and young professionals select this sector due to its up-to-date infrastructure. The two issues that I do have are that there are potholes on some of the inner roads after rains and construction around here sometimes clogs up traffic. Despite that, Sector 49 is very welcoming to live in and well worth the suggestion.
Positives: I think Sector 49, which is positioned directly on Sohna Road, has such great connectivity. It's just a short drive from Huda City Centre Metro station, and major commercial centers like Universal Trade Tower are really close by. I have to say the peace and general safety of the area are special and ideal for families and professionals. I have noticed that even with slightly higher rentals, the availability of world-class schools and several shopping malls like Sapphire and Omaxe.
NegativeNegatives: I have observed that the inner road infrastructure falters, particularly during the monsoon season when potholes and open drains turn out to be a big nuisance for regular commuters. I further noticed that the limited availability of public transport makes almost everyone rely on a personal vehicle to commute comfortably.
The strategic location of Sector 49 is the biggest asset for this area, if you ask me. I invested in a prime residential flat here quite some time back, deciding that it should be near the Sohna Road intersection and also the Golf Course Extension Road. These are two growth hubs of Gurgaon, and hence, the property prices have gone up considerably as a result. The Vatika Business Park, where I work, is also connected seamlessly to this locality. There are many schools and hospitals that have been set up in the vicinity, along with shopping malls. So, things are happening fast indeed.
NegativeThe garbage disposal in the neighbourhood needs massive improvements. It is the one sore point that I have.
I absolutely love living and working in Sector 49, Gurgaon, primarily because it is so peaceful, serene a place despite its proximity to the heart of the city. It is special because it is strategically located just off Sohna Road and the Golf Course Extension Road. It is near Universal Trade Tower and Iris Tech Park. We have convenient proximity to best schools such as DAV Public School and large hospitals such as Artemis, along with extensive shopping at Baani Square and The Sapphire Mall. While property rates are competitive for a well-developed locality, the rentals are a bit on the higher side. However, traffic jams during peak hours are a nightmare for regular commuters, and the clogged drainage system during the rainy season requires urgent rectification.
Sector 49 is a great place to live in, particularly if you consider its highly strategic location right along the Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road intersection. Also, the NH-48 and SPR are both accessible, along with the Vatika Business Park, Universal Trade Tower, and the like. My child studies at the RPS International nearby, while hospitals like Park and CK Birla are also in the vicinity. Multiple shopping malls like Eros City Square and Sapphire Mall are also located nearby. I found everything I needed for a happy and healthy life, and hence made the decision to live here sometime earlier. The only thing to improve is the garbage disposal system
Sector 49 is ideal because the area is so peaceful and safe, providing an excellent lifestyle. We adore the excellent road infrastructure through Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension, making it easy to commute to the nearby IT business parks like Iris Tech Park, with great career opportunity. The fact that it is near well-known schools such as DAV Public School, big hospitals, and well-known malls such as Sapphire and Omaxe City Centre is a big plus point, and the place itself is comparatively affordable for the facilities it has. In terms of better day-to-day mobility, the lack of local public transport facilities, other than autos, is something that badly needs infrastructural upgrade here.
Sector 49 was a good locality to live in, and I was happy with the intersection of the Golf Course Extension Road and the Sohna Road. I eventually moved out due to work constraints, but the connectivity options in the area were pretty nice, including the SPR and NH-8 access, along with the Yellow Line of the metro network (through the HUDA City Centre station). The Sector 55-56 metro station (Rapid line) was also accessible. Multiple business hubs and malls are also nearby, along with schools and hospitals like Medanta and St. Xavier’s High School. The parks and green spaces are also good here.
NegativeThe only issue I find is the Sohna Road traffic congestion, especially during the weekdays, and also the waterlogging problem during heavy rains. Power and water supply also need major improvements, in my opinion.
Positives: Sector 49 is much convenient access to my office at Iris Tech Park, and the place is great for working professionals. We are conveniently located off Sohna Road and near the Golf Course Extension Road, making commutes within Gurgaon easy. Schools and good hospitals like Artemis in the vicinity. And the easily available many shopping malls and local markets here make life very easy.
NegativeNegatives: But the fast development here implies that there are still areas that require heavy work. We have very serious traffic jams at office hours. Public transport is very limited within the sector. Lastly, the older service roads and drainage in certain pockets require upgrading, as heavy rainfall causes waterlogging on the roads.
Positives: Having invested in a property in Sector 49 has been an excellent choice for me. Being close to the Sohna Road and the Golf Course Extension Road. We have access to well-known schools such as D A V Public School and healthcare facilities nearby, with local markets and The Sapphire Mall providing easy shopping and entertainment.
NegativeNegatives: There is no significant availability of developed public transport systems within the industry, and therefore, movement for non drivers is a problem. Furthermore, improper maintenance of some of the internal roads and defective drainage system cause extensive waterlogging in low-lying areas during the monsoon. We must also take care of the open drains and potholes along local roads.
Positives: Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension were within reach from this area, making it convenient to go to work or malls. RPS, Presidium, DAV schools and good hospitals like Medanta and Artemis were consistently within reach. Tau Devi Lal Park and Aravalli Biodiversity Park within reach. Also the residential complexes were new, with facilities like gyms, pools and good security.
NegativeNegatives: But life there was not perfect. Rush hour traffic congestion happend particularly in the major roads. Public transportation was lacking. During heavy rain, waterlogging in certain lanes. Some interior roads acquired potholes and streetlights in certain areas were dim or non-existent. Property prices and rents were also quite high in comparison to further sectors.
It's quiet and comfortable to live in Sector 49, Gurgaon. I adore the serene environment, well designed roads, and open spaces at Tau Devi Lal and Aravalli Biodiversity Parks. Commuting is good through Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, and Huda City Centre Metro is only 7 km away. Housing societies such as DPS International and Lotus Valley, hospitals like Medanta and Artemis, and shopping at Omaxe Mall or Baani Square make daily life easy. Cafes, restaurants, and banks. Traffic jams in peak hours and fewer public transport options to be improved. Sector 49 provides a peaceful, family oriented lifestyle overall I highly suggest for renters.
Positives: Sector 49 is a calm area with state-of-the-art residential complexes featuring pools, gyms, and play areas. DPS International and Lotus Valley schools are the best, and Medanta and Artemis hospitals are close by for emergencies. Shopping at Omaxe and Baani Square is a breeze, and Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road provide city connectivity easily.
NegativeNegative: Though public transport like buses, cabs is scarce, some streets are in need of good maintenance, a few streets don't have any green cover, and nightlife opportunities are negligible. Traffic is thick during peak hours. Apart from that, I strongly suggest Sector 49 to families that are looking for a peaceful but well connected home.
Positives: I am so content and safe as an owner in Sector 49, Gurgaon. Great connectivity at the very intersection of Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road. Excellent schools, best hospitals, and several busy shopping malls are nearby. Residential societies are primarily gated, providing high safety with 24x7 security and a great neighborhood atmosphere, which provides me with tremendous peace of mind.
NegativeNegatives: There is a need for enhanced public transport facilities such as more local buses to enhance last mile connectivity to the closest metro stations. Requires quicker road repair, particularly post rainy season. The power supply can be fluctuating at times, and addressing that poor electric supply would go a long way towards enhancing the quality of life.
Positives: I have to say it is the most relaxing and cozy place I have ever rented. The quietness is a big plus for staying here. The connectivity through Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road is excellent, and having world-class healthcare such as Artemis Hospital and excellent schools like DPS International in close proximity is a big advantage. The whole area is safe and clean.
NegativeNegatives: Nonetheless, the development of the area implies certain things require attention. The most common inconvenience is the issue of potholes and open drains during rainy days. Moreover, even though the size of the sector is huge, there is a severe absence of variety in the public transport system. Finally, the overall levels of pollution here are a major issue that requires intense environmental attention.
Positives: I lived in Sector 49, Gurgaon, and it was the most convenient place I have ever been. The area had the right mix of serene residential life and city comforts. With malls such as Spaze Platinum and Good Earth City Centre in the vicinity, shopping and dining on weekends were always a cakewalk. I appreciated the schools, hospitals, and gyms being within walking distance. The roads were properly connected with Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, making commutation easy. The locality was quiet, and the people were friendly and welcoming. Still, I felt that the streets could have been better maintained and the drainage system could have been improved to make everyone comfortable in the area.
Positives: Moving to Sector 49 totally transformed my outlook towards Gurgaon living; I feel grounded at last after looking all over! As a homeowner, I'm delighted with the smart location, close to Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension, which makes commuting quite smart. We're spoilt for options with amenities all around us, having top-of-the-line schools and hospitals such as Artemis, and other big malls, all at a few minutes' distance. My community is secure and peaceful, which is the greatest victory. In all honesty, the only recurring problem is the traffic congestion during rush hour office times and the insufficient public bus frequency on the inner lanes.
Positives: I'm absolutely delighted with my investment here. This place has the ideal combination. The Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road location makes my office travel to the business centres so convenient. We also have world-class social infrastructure with great schools and top hospitals such as Artemis and Medanta, just adjacent to the different residential societies. The security and tranquillity are great for bringing up my children.
NegativeNegatives: The primary disadvantage, which annoys us owners, is the local infrastructure during the monsoons. The potholes and open drains lead to mad commuting and hygiene issues. Secondly, in spite of the good road network, traffic congestion during peak office hours is abysmal. Lastly, the use of private transport is frustrating as the public bus and shared taxi facilities are quite minimal.
Positives: I recently shifted to Sector 49 and the area is simply wonderful for working professionals like me. The road infrastructure is flawless, particularly with the Golf Course Extension Road just near by, my office trips become a breeze. I simply love the classy social infrastructure here, with high-end hospitals such as Artemis and fantastic shopping malls such as Omaxe City Centre, making all accessible and luxurious.
NegativeNegatives: The rental apartments are nice, but procuring an affordable one was pricey, as the rentals here are definitely more than elsewhere. My biggest civic gripe is definitely the monsoon waterlogging. I have to say some of the internal roads get totally waterlogged due to inadequate draining. Additionally, it's a daily battle to spot safe, public parking spaces. Nevertheless, the quality amenities justify it.
Positives: I really like the mix of comfort and convenience that it provides. Since it is situated near Sohna Road, the area is well-connected to big business districts and shopping malls such as Omaxe City Centre and Raheja Mall. My flat has a view of the park and the greenery in the surroundings. The locality enjoys good schools, a consistent power supply, and all the essentials ranging from groceries to health clubs at a walkable distance.
NegativeNegatives: On the negative side, drainage becomes bad during rain, and in some places, the waterlogging in the few inner lanes is inconvenient. Streetlights in a couple of corners are required to be improved, and property maintenance fees have increased. Despite these minor problems, Sector 49 still feels like a secure, happening, and complete neighbourhood to reside in.
As a tenant, I find the area very budget-friendly. The flats are still available here at slightly affordable rentals. The public transportation facilities are steadily coming up, and then the HUDA metro station is also in the vicinity. On the days that I drive, the Golf Course Extension Road helps me reach my office quickly also. I love shopping for essentials at the Sector 49 Market, since the stall owners are very friendly here.
NegativeBut the one thing is that the green parks and all need some work here. My building also has pa ower cut issue or my area. This can also improve.
I find Sector 49 very comforting to stay in, since the living costs are still affordable. I mean, I never wanted to spend so much on Golf Course Road and all. The roads here are very good, and I can easily get to the HUDA City Centre for metro access without any difficulties. So, the commute has become very easy for me, and the neighbours are very friendly and warm. Many housing societies are being built here, and the community is gradually developing. We can be at the forefront of this transformation to a better locality, and that feels so exciting. One thing that is still problematic is how power cuts are a main issue.
Positives: I was fond of its peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location is nicely connected via Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, and it makes traveling to Cyber City, MG Road, and other areas of NCR convenient. Its proximity to reputed schools like DPS International and Lotus Valley and renowned hospitals like Medanta and Artemis made it a comfortable location to live. Shopping complexes, restaurants, and parks like Aravalli Biodiversity Park complemented the lifestyle value. The neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and ideal for a working professional or small family. Negatives: On the negative side, traffic during rush hours was prevalent. Public transport facilities are scarce for commuters who did not own personal vehicles, and some places become crowded around business centers. Otherwise, Sector 49 provided a hassle-free and comfortable living experience.
Positives: I moved here and I felt it was like a shrewd short-stay decision for me. The locality has good road connectivity and convenient metro access, so my daily journey to offices in the vicinity is quick. Malls, schools and hospitals are short drives away, and new housing projects provide tidy apartments. I like little parks for evening strolls and lots of local cafes and supermarkets that make life easy. Negatives: I see some drawbacks as well. Some of the local roads require improvement in maintenance and streetlights. Some low-lying areas suffer from waterlogging during heavy monsoon rains. Parking close to business pockets is scarce. Nevertheless, I am generally content to be here and intend to prolong my stay for the foreseeable future. I suggest it a lot.
Positives: The area is peaceful and green, ideal for families and working individuals. It provides great connectivity through Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, with the Huda City Centre metro station a mere 7 km away. Residents get access to the best schools of DPS International and Lotus Valley, best hospitals like Artemis and Medanta, and loads of shopping and dining options such as Omaxe Mall and Baani Square. Parks such as Tau Devi Lal Park and Aravalli Biodiversity Park make it perfect for morning strolls and outdoor activities. Negatives: Traffic is heavy during rush hours, and public transport such as buses, cabs within the sector is scarce. Overall, with excellent infrastructure, safety, and amenities.
Positives: I've had my apartment here for a few years now, and I couldn't be more content with our decision. As a resident, I really enjoy the quiet, family-oriented vibe here. We are perfectly located with great road connectivity through Sohna Road, and having world-class schools and hospitals like Artemis and Medanta at close proximity instils in me complete peace of mind. Also, the distance from commercial complexes like Iris Tech Park makes my daily commute extremely convenient. Negatives: Although the roads are good, rush-hour traffic is awful. And although we are very well connected, good public transport is still lacking, so travelling to the Huda City Centre metro is a bit of a trek. But these small disadvantages are trumped by the good quality of life we get to live here every day.
Positives: One fact that I like about staying here is how well-connected it is to HUDA City Centre. The metro station here is only about 15-20 minutes away on most days. This is how it has made my office commute simpler. The NH-48 and Golf Course Extension Road are also both accessible from the locality and the Sector 49 Market has all the daily essentials you need. Even Raheja Mall and many other schools and hospitals are also nearby. Negatives: Parks and common areas in the community need to be better maintained. I also think that the long power cuts are an issue, especially when the building generators run out of juice. This happens sometimes in the peak summer season.
Positives: Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and connectivity to yellow-line metro (Huda City Centre) made it possible to commute to Delhi or Cyber City. Good schools, hospitals, malls and markets were around. Several societies (such as Vatika City, Orchid Petals) provided parks, gym, pool, clubhouses. And Sector 49 property had good investment scope, rates were slightly higher than Gurgaon. Negatives: Traffic jams particularly on highways. The prices were high to buy or rent in Sector 49 was expensive relative to distant sectors. Moreover, parking in certain areas was poor and roads within societies became small. I believed nighttime safety could be improved within certain sections some people were concerned about it.
Positives: My experience of renting a property in Sector 49 has generally been excellent. I adore the typically tranquil and family-oriented environment here. The connectivity is a big boon, with the Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road allowing me to get to the offices around here, like Iris Tech Park, very easily. We have excellent social infrastructure, with excellent schools like DPS and large hospitals like Artemis within easy reach. And excellent shopping facilities at Omaxe Mall and Baani Square. Negatives: Yet, the issues primarily arise from infrastructure. I would say procuring public transport like the Metro is difficult because Huda City Centre is located some 7 km away. And although we usually have a normal supply of water and power, the neighborhood sometimes has bad internal road conditions and some waterlogging in the heavy monsoon months.
Positives: Staying in Sector 49 has been largely wonderful. It has such a great, serene environment, ideal for families, as opposed to the middle Gurugram mayhem. Connectivity is also a big advantage since Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road are so easy to travel around. Plus, corporate parks such as Iris Tech Park are just next door. We also have excellent social amenities in place here, with good schools and large hospitals in proximity. Negatives: I encounter commuting issues daily. There is severe traffic congestion, particularly in peak hours on the major roads. Public transport facilities are not very frequent, and the nearest Huda City Centre Metro station is about 7-9 km from here. We often experience problems such as waterlogging and potholes during the rainy season.
Positives: I've been residing here for more than a year now, and I really love it here. The area is well-planned with broad roads, clean sidewalks, and ample parks and open spaces—ideal for morning strolls or evening runs. All that I need is within reach, from supermarkets and schools to clinics, making life so convenient. The connectivity is also good; Golf Course Road, NH-48, and Huda City Centre metro are all within easy reach. Contemporary residential complexes here have wonderful amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, and 24/7 security. I feel secure and tranquil here. Negatives: Property rates are a bit on the higher side, but considering the lifestyle and convenience that you receive, it's absolutely worth the money.
Positives: I moved here a few months back, and to be honest, I like living here. The area is well-developed with broad roads and good sidewalks. I love the amount of parks and open spaces—it's just ideal for early morning runs or evening strolls. Daily needs like supermarkets, clinics, and schools are at walking distance. The connectivity is also good with quick reach of the Golf Course Road, NH-48, and Huda City Centre metro station. Negatives: Certain roads adjacent to business districts become congested during rush hour. Supply of water is not consistent in some areas, and sewage backup occurs whenever it rains heavily. Moreover, no adequate public transport facility is available, so it's like a necessity to have one's own vehicle.
Positives: It was a calm and well-connected location. I liked the parks and peaceful atmosphere; it was a family-friendly location. The infrastructure was good, with plenty of residential complexes and a suitable number of schools, hospitals, and shopping areas. Connectivity was also a big advantage, with Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road providing easy access to other areas of Gurgaon and the NCR. Negatives: I discovered that the public transportation mode was not too good, and therefore a personal car became a requirement. The condition of roads was problematic, particularly during the rainy season, as potholes and waterlogging made commutes tough at times. High rents were also something to keep in mind.
Positives: I have owned property here for a bit and watched it develop into a well-connected and thriving residential complex. The highlight is the location on Sohna Road, which is so easy to commute from. You've got everything within reach, from the best schools such as GD Goenka, to fine hospitals such as Medanta, and all the shopping at Omaxe City Centre. It's extremely convenient and well-organised to live in. Negatives: The only minor negative point I'd highlight is that some areas of the sector do not have dedicated, large parks where locals can unwind. It's a small negative, but something which could perhaps be addressed.
Positives: This area is one of the most well-balanced places to reside in Gurgaon. I appreciate how the residential complexes here are planned well with green parks, jogging tracks, and playgrounds that make it ideal for families. I always mention the location's proximity to major IT centres, schools, and hospitals, making daily life easy. I personally love suggesting it due to its connectivity through NH-48 and the rapid metro link. The shopping areas and restaurants are growing rapidly, providing residents with a lot of opportunities for leisure and food. Negatives: I do say that some apartments are a little expensive relative to other sectors, but in terms of amenities and location, it's worth it.
Positives: I live in Sector 49, and I enjoy its peaceful, planned atmosphere. I have Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road nearby, and it is convenient to reach offices and malls such as Good Earth and Baani Square. I visit nearby hospitals (Artemis, Medanta) and good schools for my children, and Tau Devi Lal is where I unwind. There are numerous new residential developments with normal facilities and regular water and power, so life is easy and safe. Negatives: I do have concerns about inadequate public transport and the metro is several kilometers away, and thus I rely on my vehicle. I also experience tight parking around markets, dust from constant construction, and occasional pollution during peak construction periods.
Positives: When I shifted to this location, I observed that the location is very well-planned. The major roads, such as Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension, provide me with easy access to Delhi and other locations in Gurgaon. I have shopping malls like Good Earth City Centre, Baani Square and others within proximity for daily requirements. Schools like DPS International are within proximity to my children, and prominent hospitals are not a drive away. Parks such as Leisure Valley provide me with time spent outdoors. Negatives: The only negative aspect I think is the poor public transport. Metro is nearly 7 km away from Huda City Centre, so I solely rely on my vehicle or cabs. Parking outside malls and markets is also congested.
Good society good roads
Positives: This place is peaceful and family-oriented. Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road connect me to the city. New complexes have pools and gyms. Good schools and large hospitals are nearby. Offices such as Universal Trade Tower and Iris Tech Park are in proximity, so the work travel is convenient. Negatives: The public transport is sparing here and the metro is approximately 7–9 km away. Monsoon floods, potholes and waterlogging, and the roadworks are frustrating sometimes. Nevertheless, it's a pragmatic option for working professionals and families.
Positives: I prefer the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere of Sector 49. We enjoy a regular water supply and occasional power outages. We are conveniently connected with major roads and all the schools, shopping malls, and restaurants needed. Negatives: Traffic becomes terrible during rush hours, and there are limited public transport facilities. Pollution is also an issue. I have problems with potholes and open drains.
Positives: I prefer residing in Sector 49. It is peaceful and largely residential, well linked with Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, with schools and hospitals nearby. Huda City Centre metro station is around 7 km. Negatives: Peak-hour traffic and a lack of public transport result in me using a car or a cab quite frequently. Construction and increasing prices are additional drawbacks.
Bhut aachi locality h , safe h night me b
South city 2 is a good society with mall, markets, peoples behaviour.
There is the issue of bad electric supply and it becomes a major problem for people staying there. I faced a problem doing my official work. The resident often complained about this issue. Moreover, the residents living around the area often are delaying to pay the water bills that’s why there is a little bit of a problem with the water supply.
I return from my apartment because I was involved in four years of project work. The flat in which I stayed was amazing and comfortable for me. The weather shoots me. The water is edible. There is enough maintenance in this locality. The transportation system is very admiring. I admire that whenever I came back to my house, there are multiple buses and cars to catch up. The famous Crimson Park is situated here .me and friends visited this park to find solace in my leisure time.
I feel that this person living in this developed area becomes a mechanized man. Noise problem becomes a problematic issue. Sometimes I feel sorrow because of the sound of vehicles. As my area is 10 km away from the Gurgaon railway station, the sound of the train at midnight wakes me up. Burglaries have happened many times here. The theft is roaming around my locality.
It’s a pleasant area and people wish to stay here. I come here to stay here for my official work. Multiple hospitals are available here like Parks Hospital, Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, Spandan hospital, etc. The hospitals are good at service. I once went for my check-up. I got good behavior and service there. The hospitals are fresh and super clean. I feel to say that it’s a developed locality. Multiple restaurants, parks, and a cinema hall are available. When I need solace, see a movie in the cinema hall.
I love to stay here. Buses are available at the bus stop. I memorized, I had to go to my official work, so I took a taxi to reach the office. The most famous named St. Xavier School is situated here. The Children around my locality all go to this school very cheerfully. I feel to say that it’s a very urban area. There is no communication barrier to going anywhere at any time.
There is the issue of bad electric supply and it becomes a major problem for people staying there. I faced a problem doing my official work. The resident often complained about this issue. Moreover, the residents living around the area often are delaying to pay the water bills that’s why there is a little bit of a problem with the water supply.
I can say that the transportation system is very admiring including bus, train, and metro. Most importantly, this place is considered a business area as well. However, it can include Vatika business park, Concentrix, Capgemini etc. These commercial hubs provide enough employment opportunities. I have worked in this business park as well. Moreover, the famous Crimson Park is situated here .me and friends visited this park to find solace in my leisure time.
Multiple restaurants, parks, and shopping malls such as Erox City Square, and Ninex City Mart are also available.
