Sector 48 has always been a prime option and I am thankful that parents could invest here early in their professional lives. I am staying here for several years. The connectivity of the area is commendable. I can get all the amenities nearby my house. But yes, some garbage disposal issues can be avoided. A little more effort for the road craters and potholes that need repair. The rest is fine, in short, the transportation is excellent in all respects.

Essentially I desired a relatively pocket-pleasant accommodation close to a metro station. Although the location isn't that a great deal what I needed, I am pretty glad residing here. Some of the satisfactory mulch-storied apartments & villa-complexes are in and round Sector-48. It boats of Vipul's Tatvam Villas, Bestech's Park View City, the imminent Central Park 2, Vipul Greens, Parsvanath's Green Ville, Uppal's Southend. My circle of relatives like to go to locations and the location offers them more than one alternative for the weekends.

I have seen excellent developments in all the surroundings of sector 48 dwelling right here as a student. There are many main academic establishments across the place with school buses stopping right at the gate of Parsavnath Greenville. Excellent commercial complexes in the vicinity and malls like Raheja Mall, ILD, Ninex, and Omaxe withinside the locality makes it handy to stay in for me. Hospitals like park hospital, Artemis, and Medanta are at a quick distance, within five Kms. Hence I am very happy to stay right here.

I think Sector 48 is such a peaceful and beautiful place to be with family having lived here for quite some years now. Because it faces the golf course extension road, the transportation network is also substantial. It makes commuting to the office very easy for me. Basic facilities such as hospitals, schools, universities, and markets are also nearby. Situated just a few minutes walk from the police station makes the place even safer. It's near great Indian restaurants, and shopping complexes, which are my favorite places to hang out.
