The contract covers civil structure and finishing for a total construction area of approximately 1,79,302 Sq.mtr. This project,is situated along Golf Course Extension Road.

GMDA to Conduct Drone Survey to Identify Illegal Structures; Haryana to Procure 17358 AcresLand for Planned Sectors
GMDA will conduct a drone survey across 42 villages to identify illegal constructions and encroachments, following the issuance of 250 notices to violators, with survey results matched against revenue records for further action. The Haryana government is also initiating a land procurement drive to acquire 17,358 acres from 36 villages in Gurgaon for developing new planned sectors, managed digitally via the e-Bhoomi portal
