GMDA is set to increase Gurugram's water supply capacity to 770 MLD by the end of May with the completion of a new 100 MLD water treatment plant. This expansion aims to address summer shortages, particularly in tail-end areas, and improve supply to sectors 58-73 through a newly laid pipeline under the Dwarka Expressway.

GMDA is planning to construct approximately 3.5 km of service roads across sectors 70-70A and 70-75 to alleviate traffic congestion on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). This initiative aims to improve internal connectivity and provide alternative routes, which will be crucial during the ongoing overhaul of the SPR, including an elevated corridor project.

Birla Pravaah, a new premium residential development offering 3 BHK apartments, has launched in Sector 71 along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurgaon. This project emphasizes modern urban living with integrated amenities and green spaces. Signature Global has partnered with RMZ for a significant mixed-use development on SPR in Gurugram, featuring offices, hotels, and retail spaces. RMZ is investing Rs 1,283 crore for a 50% stake in the 3.94 million sq ft project.

Birla Estates, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited (ABREL), has sold all 492 luxury apartment units in its new project 'Birla Pravaah' in Sector 71, Gurugram, within 24 hours of its launch, achieving sales of over ₹1,800 crore. The project, spread across 5.075 acres , features over 30 amenities and 70% open space, and an average selling price of around ₹25,000 per square foot.
