Southern Peripheral Road, or SPR, is an upcoming location with few projects already completed and possession offered. With around 50 projects of independent/builder floors, apartments, plots, and villas – SPR offers plenty of variety for end-user and investor alike across wide range of price spectrum and construction stages. Projects are available across luxury segments – from projects like Tulip Orange offering good Value for Money to ultra-luxury villas in Tata Primanti. Infrastructure: Infrastructure is decently planned with wide Southern Peripheral Road serving as the arterial road. Considering that this area is newly developed and, hopefully, in accordance with master plan (with wide roads and planned drainage system etc.), civic infrastructure should eventually be fine and at par with areas to the south of Golf Course Extension Road.
