Positives: Living in Ghansoli made me quite delighted since its great link near the Thane-Belapur Road made my job commute to the neighbouring IT parks in Airoli very easy. A great benefit was the Ghansoli Railway Station, which let me quickly go to the heart of the city. I found considerable comfort knowing that universities like Podar International and hospitals like Universe Hospital were always nearby. The strong demand for rentals made it an excellent investment property.

Negatives: In some ancient districts, waste disposal was inadequate; the overall cleanliness required significant improvement. Unexpected power outages caused by antiquated underground cables irritated me most nights and greatly upset my life.
