The housing residences are quite affordable within this locality. It is well connected by public transport and there are many restaurants, hospitals, and markets. It was easy for me to commute to my workplace because of the good traffic conditions.

Two years ago I rented an apartment in Patwari, Greater Noida, and everything is quite nice about this place. It is one of the safest localities in Patwari. The neighborhoods are beautiful and strategically planned for avoiding traffic. Another good thing about this place is the easy accessibility to markets and restaurants. There are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores near my home in Patwari, Greater Noida.

It is a developing locality of the Noida extension.

It is linked to all the prime locations of the city. Traffic conditions are also good in this locality. The main roads can be improved.
