Patwari, Greater Noida

I lived in Patwari, Greater Noida till last year. We always had a clean water supply throughout the day and the drainage system is pretty good here. The housing residences are quite affordable within this locality. It is well connected by public transport and there are many restaurants, hospitals, and markets. It was easy for me to commute to my workplace because of the good traffic conditions.

Two years ago I rented an apartment in Patwari, Greater Noida, and everything is quite nice about this place. It is one of the safest localities in Patwari. The neighborhoods are beautiful and strategically planned for avoiding traffic. Another good thing about this place is the easy accessibility to markets and restaurants. There are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores near my home in Patwari, Greater Noida.

Patwari, Greater Noida is a planned locality that offers modern amenities that focus on enhancing the standard of living. Some of the facilities that are useful for residential purposes are the availability of a 24*7 WiFi connection, clean water supply, and electricity. Some other modern facilities include a stormwater drainage system, a water reservoir, and trees. The locality is beautiful with many schools, colleges, and hospitals within 2-5 kilometers. It is a developing locality of the Noida extension.

The only problem here is the road condition and potholes. Overall, Patwari is a good place to live in.

I live in one of the gated communities of Patwari with my family. Everything is within 2-5 minutes from our house. There are schools, shopping malls, restaurants, banks , and ATMs within the community. This place is safe and there is a good transport facility and route connectivity. It is linked to all the prime locations of the city. Traffic conditions are also good in this locality. The main roads can be improved.
