Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has decided to replace its proposed single elevated road in Shahberi with a double-decker flyover. The Gaur Chowk underpass project on Taj highway & Vikas marg iintersection,in Greater Noida is nearing completion and is expected to open on August 15, 2026. I am a former resident of Amrapali Dream Valley, Greater Noida. The location is quite favourable for living with your family. It is also a proper industrial location and the environment is very clean. You will find many neighbourhood markets, parks, clubs, banks, temples and health centres near the location. The area has good traffic maintenance and the civic infrastructure such as water supply, waste collection and sewage maintenance is very good.

There are many schools and colleges nearby and my daughter’s school is within walking distance from our house. There are many good hospitals nearby like the Bhardwaj Hospital and Neo Hospital. There are many shopping malls close to the locality like Spice Mall, Wave Mall, and the Great Indian Palace Mall.
