Noida Authority Hikes Land Acquisition Rates for New Noida Project

The Noida Authority has increased land acquisition rates for farmers by ₹1,135 per square meter, raising it from ₹5,324 to ₹6,459 per sqm. This decision is aimed at expediting land acquisition for the New Noida project and was part of a board meeting that also approved a new registry policy for properties. Farmers will receive a five percent 'abadi plot' in addition to the revised compensation.

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has decided to replace its proposed single elevated road in Shahberi with a double-decker flyover. This 2.5-km project, estimated to cost around Rs 900 crore, will connect Eteda roundabout in Greater Noida West to Crossings Republik via Shahberi.

The Gaur Chowk underpass project on Taj highway & Vikas marg iintersection,in Greater Noida is nearing completion and is expected to open on August 15, 2026. The ₹92 crore project aims to ease traffic congestion in the area. Traffic restrictions are currently in place on the Surajpur-Ghaziabad road due to ongoing construction.

I am a former resident of Amrapali Dream Valley, Greater Noida. The location is quite favourable for living with your family. It is also a proper industrial location and the environment is very clean. You will find many neighbourhood markets, parks, clubs, banks, temples and health centres near the location. The area has good traffic maintenance and the civic infrastructure such as water supply, waste collection and sewage maintenance is very good.

There are many schools and colleges nearby and my daughter’s school is within walking distance from our house. There are many good hospitals nearby like the Bhardwaj Hospital and Neo Hospital.
