Noida Extension, also known as Greater Noida West, has been highlighted as a prime real estate hotspot for 2026. Its strong connectivity, including ongoing metro extensions, and comparatively affordable property rates make it attractive to homebuyers. The Greater Noida Authority is implementing measures to ease traffic congestion around Gaur City in Greater Noida West. These efforts include the ongoing construction of an underpass at Char Murti Chowk and the widening and repair of the service road between Char Murti Chowk and the Tigri roundabout.

The Greater Noida Authority has approved the construction of a 1-kilometer service road between the Tilpata roundabout and the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) flyover near Sakipur. This two-lane road, seven meters wide, is intended to ease traffic flow along the 130-meter-wide corridor connecting Greater Noida and Greater Noida West.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is planning a world-class Infotech Park to cater to the software industry's infrastructure needs, offering ready-to-use office spaces and social infrastructure.
