Positives: I have to say, Indiranagar is a game-changer for living. The connectivity to the metro stations and the broad roads is excellent. I am able to commute to any part of Bangalore quite easily. The plus point is the atmosphere here. There is something or the other to do with all the pubs and restaurants around, and you've got everything from grocery stores to hospitals at your doorstep. Negatives: The one thing that actually annoys me is the traffic. It is crazy, particularly after work. Parking is a perpetual pain as well.

Positives: I am satisfied with the active 100 Feet Road with cafes, pubs, boutiques, good hospitals and schools, metro stations (Indiranagar, Swami Vivekananda Road). Also, the proximity to MG Road and Old Airport Road is excellent. Negatives: Big issues I have ever encountered, such as traffic on 100ft and CMH road, parking is limited, and rentals are very high.

Positives: I like living here due to the excellent metro connectivity and the good vibe. There are so many shops and cafes at walking distance, and proximity to IT hubs is a big advantage. Negatives: But rush hour traffic is a nightmare. We also experience the occasional power outages and water shortages, and the living expenses here are high.

Positives: Living here is really convenient. The metro makes it easy to travel to the IT hubs, and with so many pubs and cafes, the social scene is incredible. The bustling 100 Feet Road, a convenient commute with Indiranagar and good schools and hospitals nearby. Negative: My only issues are rush hour traffic and how costly it is. The rent is really expensive.

Positives: Living here for some time and my takeaway is that it's a good place to stay if you can afford it! Quite costly due to posh nature of area and also the multiple retail stores, pubs and cafes on the stretch. MG Road is also quite near and so is Purple Line. So that's why costs is higher I feel but lifestyle is very good. Also, inner roads have loads of green spaces and it's actually a nice area to walk in. Personally I find safety and overall civic infra decent in the area which is expected due to location benefit. Metro and BMTC buses are available and cab is also possible even late at night without problems. Power cut is not frequent and parking is not an issue since most societies have good provision for it. Negatives: Some flooding issue is there when it rains. This was not there previously but I think sewer line needs to be unclogged to fix it. Also, traffic congestion is something I face in peak office hour, especially in the Old Madras Road and CMH Road. Noise level is also there till late due to so many commerical establishments.
