With main roads like Old Madras Road and Purple Line metros, the area is well linked hence facilitating daily travel. Within easy access are good schools, hospitals, markets and restaurants, which fits professionals and families. Here, property is excellent and central but still offers value relative to south Bangalore with consistent rental demand. The region combines history with contemporary life quite well. Faster maintenance of some older roadways and more effective parking management in crowded areas are two areas to be improved. Halasuru's long-term residence and development get my hearty support.

Knowing Manipal Hospital was nearby gave me comfort. I occasionally went to the 1 MG - Lido Mall. Driven by professionals employed at nearby commercial centers like RMZ Millenia, the rental demand was great. Living in the heart of vintage Bangalore felt very natural.

    Negatives: Parking area is restricted. Therefore, this was my main issue. Furthermore, although the primary roads were decent, the inner lane sidewalks and pavements were frequently erratic or encroached upon, therefore making strolling challenging and damaging the cleanliness appearance of the neighbourhood.

Connectivity is great here as it features the Purple Line's Halasuru Metro Station. CMH Road and Old Madras Road are almost near us. Near St. Anne's is a hospital, Cambridge Hospital of Belle Vue, is easily reachable. The demand of the area drives up rental returns.

    Negatives: Still, two major issues bother me. First of all, parking is awful; there are virtually no suitable assigned parking areas, so finding parking is challenging. Second, traffic at peak hours is extremely congested. The quiet of the neighborhood is occasionally taken away by this noise and traffic.
