The area has good hospitals, schools, offices, consulates and shops around. Also, the area has prominent landmarks such as Valluvar Kottam. Negatives: I note that parking and traffic are ongoing. Furthermore, the property prices are high, and commercial activity renders some roads noisy.

Well Connected with Bus and Train Networks with Leading Schools, Colleges, MNC Business Establishments, 5 Star Hotels, and Leading Hospitals all Located in this Area Nungambakkam.It was actually a good area with a lot of facilities and also there is a good reputed schools like good Shepard and sastri bhavan and also it has a good transport facilities Nungambakkam is a oldest business area in the Chennai and also loyolla college is located nearby and all the shops are located in the area itself the neighbour are very decent I really loved the place. Everything is fine in this area but some things are difficult such as metro and rail facilities is too far and long and also during the evening the traffic is high and also no proper parking areas that also a negativity and also a lot of pollution because of huge population in Chennai.
